Old mill

Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Arriving at Olival de São Filipe means first stopping to take in the view. The high location of the seven-hectare estate provides rich vistas. “Even more beautiful than in the pictures”, is a frequently heard response. We have carefully modernized the house, but the most important thing was already there, this unique location on the hill with this truly spectacular sunset. If you are looking for an authentic place, in the middle of nature, if you just want peace and quiet with friends, you will love Casa dos Bonitos.

The blue consists of a living room with an equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom. Maximum accommodation for 4 people. Garden with swimming pool, barbecue, sun loungers, hammocks, garden dining areas and two small lakes. Pets are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE 7 CATS. The garden and pool are shared by the two accommodations. The garden has 2 surveillance cameras.
