The condominium is very well developed with access, roads, bicycle paths, pumptruck, private access to a beach that you can only reach through the condominium, on that beach there are 3 barbecues with roof, seats and grills to go down and enjoy with family and friends.

You can get to this spacious place and enjoy its facilities and the lake without having to get back in the car as it is very well located being close to the Boulevard of the lake and the supermarket. The house is fully equipped, however guests are requested to bring their towels as they are considered personal items. The water is from a deep well so it is recommended to drink bottled water.

Beautiful cabin for 2 people in privileged location, 2min. walking from Punta de Lobos beach, located on a plot with small forest and own parking. The cottage has two terraces, one of which has "sundeck" and sea and wave views, the other terrace is roofed, protecting from the night garuga. We welcome max 2 dogs. The cabin is not available for long-term lease.
