Wake up to the sound of the river. The River House is a recently renovated farmhouse nestled in the Marche countryside, where time slows down and silence is the true luxury. A large open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen and living area can accommodate up to 8 people. The three double bedrooms — they guarantee privacy and comfort, with air conditioning and a Smart TV in each room. The two spacious bathrooms complete the picture. Outside, there is a barbecue, a garden with only nature, open air and the river.

On the hills, a 5-minute drive from Urbino, the accommodation is equipped with a kitchen and living room, private bathroom with shower and double bed. Third bed on the mezzanine. Wi-Fi, TV, free on-site parking, mosquito nets, fan, library, informational material for discovering the area. Breakfast is offered for the first 2 days of the stay, after which it will be the customer's responsibility to provide it.

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.
