The Studio of Malavolta

My accommodation is located in a historic building and in a prestigious and very safe and quiet area of the city (between Porta Romana and Galluzzo). It's very quiet, being the whole building where my apartment is located surrounded by a large garden. It is close to bars, pizzerias, shops of all kinds. It is only 30 meters from the stop n. 3 bus lines (Ataf No. 11 No. 36, 37), allowing you to reach the Centro and the Santa Maria Novella train station in just 15/20 minutes.

Metato Tiny House Chalet

Small stone and wood house, on two floors. Downstairs, kitchen and living area. Upstairs, the sleeping area with bathroom is currently separated from the room by a curtain. The shower is outside the house, covered and with hot water, but 10 steps from the entrance door. Outside there is a pergola canopy with an oven, barbecue and kitchen. On request, it will be possible to set up 2 suspended tents on the trees and add hammocks.

Nepitella. Podere San Bartolomeo charm in Tuscany

Nepitella is a small house, perfect for two. It can also host a child (max height 1.20 m) and is free of architectural barriers. Each house is independent, surrounded by the peaceful greenery of the hillside. In the large garden: travertine pool, hot tub, warm shower, gazebo and barbecue. You can walk through the woods and along the stream. We live next door, discreet yet present. A car is necessary to reach us.

If you don't like crowded places my camping can be the answer .In the real and quiet tuscan countryside, really near to Chiant,i only two chalet ,not more than six people in total. The near village,Cavriglia, is within easy walking distance and it is provided with essential services. A pool for the hottest days. Free access to my organic vegetable garden when is in production
