Be careful, you may fall in love with it too! About the house: it's a BEAUTIFUL 60 sqm apartment in the 2nd floor of a 2 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2017 (BRAND NEW). It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. Spacious living room equipped with 32'' smart TV and comfortable separate bedroom with 160cm wide double bed. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi. Linen and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with nespresso machine, toaster, electric jug, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Basics to cook like olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are also available. There is an iron and ironing board as well. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer (a nice one :)), toilet paper and shower gel. Charming small private patio where you can start your day with a nice breakfast, have a glass of wine or just relax. The flat was fully decorated by me and my husband Ricky and we manage it ourserlves. Price for 2 people using the ALL the house; includes the PRIVATE patio and you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room etc. You will get the keys from us personally, and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and Alfama neighborhood. We stay reachable during all your stay. :) The apartment is in an area that's full of history and truly represents the heart of traditional Lisbon. Stroll around its narrow streets to discover little cafes, restaurants, Fado houses, and trendy shops that make up this vibrant neighborhood. A stop for the 28 Tram is just 4min away and Santa Apolónia (metro and train station) and Terreiro do Paço (metro station) are both a 7 min walk from the house. The street is in a limited traffic zone - only taxis and residents can enter. If you wish to come by car, you can park at Largo Terreiro do Trigo, less then 100m from the building. Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s as extra service - please let us know if are interested. A baby cot is available upon request - please let us know if you'll need it. The Popular Saints Festival is celebrated throughout June in Portugal. The festival in Lisbon is celebrated primarily on the 12th and 13th of June, in memory of Saint Anthony. Across Lisbon's historical neighborhoods you will see colorful decorations, food stalls and live stages to listen to music. As we are situated in the heart of Alfama, during the month of June, specially the 12th, more animation is expected in the streets that surround the apartment and the area will be much more crowded and noisy during this day.

Explore the Picturesque Alfama Neighborhood in a Quaint Flat

The apartment has original tiles from the 18th century. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, with bedding: sheets, mattress cover, pillows and duvet. It has fruit, bottled water, basic condiments, toys for children. Guests can be in all parts of the house I am available to guests 24 hours a day to help with any situation they need Put away the map and wander the alleys and small squares of the Alfama district, the soul of the city that survived the 1755 earthquake. The home is close to dining, bars, fado houses, São Jorge Castle, Porto Cathedral, transport, and more. There are public transportations such as buses, typical tram, 28 as well as taxis and Tuk Tuk. The (paid) parking lot in the onion field is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. BB6 - COZY FLAT IN OLD LISBON

In the heart of old Lisbon, one step from the Cathedral and on the way of the charming n.28 tram, in a building dating from 1736! The building was a side construction of the São Martinho Covent that went down with the big 1755 earthquake. Although you are on one busy street the apartment is preserved from the noise of the street by a remote entrance (on top of a street in stairs) and a small inner courtyard. Please pay attention to the stairs leading to the flat which are very steep and narrow.
