I'm very friendly and helpful and I do my best to satisfy the needs of those who decide to spend their holidays in Sirmione, a small village renowned for its pleasant climate and thermal baths, at reasonable prices. The apartment is located on the first floor, near the lake, with garden, green areas and public parking across the street.

INSTA FLAT is a very modern and comfortable one-bedroom apartment of 45 m2 with all amenities that can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located in Lugana di Sirmione, just 200 meters from Lake Garda, in a quiet residence next to a beautiful promenade and close to the beach of Lugana. INSTA FLAT was COMPLETELY renovated in May 2022, all furniture, balcony doors and appliances are new. We clean and disinfect all surfaces before each new check-in.
