Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. There were 6 of us, and we were very comfortable and happy.

The house is as shown in the images...very comfortable. As a suggestion, I would put a handrail on the stairs and still leave a spare key, because sometimes people want to go to different places. The rooms have an incredible view of the Andes, it's heated, the shower works well, in short, everything is perfect.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!

Great place to stay in Santiago. I felt very safe in the area and the surroundings had many things to offer. The place is within walking distance from numerous coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

We stayed five days in Carmen's loft, very comfortable, everything was very clean, very comfortable bed, everything was very fragrant. The shower was a very strong and hot delight. The location is close to the market, pharmacy, but it is at least 20 minutes by car from the most talked about restaurants and the Costanera mall. It was a very pleasant week, we loved it.

My stay was great. The place is very cozy and the design of the apartaestudio loved it: everything is super well planned, with a lot of attention to detail. I deeply appreciate that they will leave coffee, stevia, oil, tea, and other implements that really facilitated my stay. A gesture that seemed very special to me was that they even left water to spray the plants, which I did with pleasure. As for minor details, the alarm would occasionally turn on and the washing machine presented some faults, but nothing that would tarnish the experience. Everything else was perfect. I am very grateful to the hosts, who were a critical part of making my trip exceptional and unforgettable. In addition, the location of the place is excellent. I would definitely be back!

Everything just a few steps away! Claudia and Jorge made us feel right at home with a very warm welcome. I would definitely go back, it was an unforgettable stay.

Alejandro answered my questions and queries super fast. The apartment is just like the photos, very clean and super central. There are several businesses nearby to get what you need for your stay. We would be back !

I stayed for a month and really enjoyed the stay. Comfortable bed and couch, great desk area for studying. Raquel checked in from time to time to make sure all was well. I would stay again next time I’m in Santiago.

Well located, safe, well-equipped accommodation, close to the metro and cozy. The host was very attentive, leaving water, a BEEP card for us to use and providing support whenever necessary.

Excellent apartment, just a couple of details 1 the sheet had pet hair 2 the internet did not work during my stay. Would I rent it again? Yes, definitely; affordable, easy to get to, safe, excellent location.
