Delia was a wonderful host...personally walked me through the space and was readily available throughout my stay....and she and her family struck an easy and cozy balance with their availability and my privacy. The space is so tranquil and lovely...the bird songs throughout the day are absolutely dreamy. Everything about the experience was superb....I loved being within walking distance of some of my favorite local hiking trails. Definitely hope to stay here again :)

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We walked to the beach to boogie board, went to the boardwalk and enjoyed the local farmer’s market. The house was amazing and more than we expected. We enjoyed the backyard with all of its amenities including the hot tub and outdoor shower especially after coming back from a day at the beach. Shari was very proactive in her communications and we are looking forward to coming back again for a longer visit.

Very thankful for this quaint experience! The kids loved the toys and the very kind neighbor helped make sure we had chargers for all the electric toys.

Absolutely lovely! The hosts were welcoming and the room was clean with everything we could have needed. It was a short walk to the boardwalk, the wharf, a bowling alley, and the 'casino'. The garden is beautiful and I loved learning about the history of the house. Adriana was very cute with the breakfast and making sure we were comfortable. I love that it is an actual BnB with the opportunity to chat with fellow travelers! I would love to visit again.

Adriana and Constantin were great hosts. Adriana went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and we’re constantly fed with snacks. Breakfast was great! I stayed at this location for the Ironman and it was close to the pier and depot park. Everything was walkable. I would recommend for this place for future athletes or just a nice B&B getaway!

Adriana was the perfect hostess! This property is an easy walk to the Santa Cruz Wharf. My son completes the half triathlon yesterday. We had a great stay.

Absolutely wonderful weekend. Eden is so sweet and welcoming and makes you feel at home. The place is gorgeous and your view is amazing while you’re lying in bed. I highly recommend staying here!

Cliff house is a cozy, peaceful place to be. We came for our son's graduation and stayed a week, and Adriana and Constantine were lovely, kind hosts, with many stories to tell. Breakfast, conversation, beautiful garden and porch for relaxing, and a fantastic location. We hope to stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Nancy and Roger's place. They are lovely people and make you feel right at home in their beautiful house. We really enjoyed the patio and seeing many different birds in the morning. The room is comfortable and exceptionally well stocked with snacks and breakfast items. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in the area!

I stayed at Madelyn's place for one night before going on a short backpacking trip in Henry Coe SP. My stay exceeded all expectations - it was comfortable, restful, and set me up perfectly for my trip. Madelyn was communicative from the start, met me in person when I checked in, and even made me breakfast with ingredients sourced from her own in-house farm. It was a really enchanting experience and I'm hoping to be able to return if I have the chance!

Beautiful home. Very comfortable room with a lovely deck to relax. Patsy & Hans were perfect hosts who made us feel very welcome.

Hard to find a better priced place with this level of modernity and space. As others have mentioned it's a windy drive from highway 17, about 35 minutes from Santa Cruz, 20 minutes from Los Gatos (really cool town), and 30 minutes from San Jose. Of course, the semi-remote location is part of the appeal - redwood trees all around the yard, visible from inside the house, and all around beautiful steep terrain. The attached home is great - super comfortable couch in the living room, great bed in the bedroom, kitchenette and spacious bathroom.

Abundance - that is the perfect word to describe what we experienced at Marc's. There was an abundance of beauty- the grounds, fresh flowers throughout the room, eclectic art and especially the view, were a delight to our eyes. There was an abundance of comfort - fresh towels every morning, a comfortable bed with warm and cozy covers, and lovely soaps in the bathroom. Most of all there was an abundance of hospitality - chocolates and strawberries set out on the table, a delicious and generous house-made breakfast of choice ready at the time requested, fancy coffee and luscious red wine with scintillating conversation. We truly appreciated Marc's graciousness - especially since he did it all with a back injury. He went above and beyond going above and beyond. Thanks Marc, for making our anniversary getaway magical!

I needed a last minute room in Santa Cruz for a wedding. I stayed in the main house and the room was tidy and clean. The space was quirky but comfortable. Sharon was responsive and helpful. I enjoyed hearing the sounds from the amusement park out the windows.

I have stayed at more than 50 airbnbs but this was my family's first hosted stay where we were in someone's home. It was wonderful! Roger and Nancy are so sweet and helpful I felt like we were visiting family within the first 2 minutes we met. The airbnb space is spacious and has their own fridges and microwaves with a generous amount of snacks and juices etc. The little sitting area outside is lovely as is the rest of the house. If you are looking for a place in the greater Felton area I would reccommend this wonderful airbnb.
