Beautiful home near all the attractions! Close enough to walk, far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The jasmine plant made the courtyard smell so beautiful! Giulia was a fantastic hostess, friendly and helpful. A true pleasure!

Casa Ventura was a wonderful place! If you are visiting Florence and want to be close to the city center, but in a lush upscale neighborhood, walking distance to all Florence has to offer, book this gem! It was so tasteful, and well appointed. Every detail was thought of and made our stay very comfortable. Karin was a superb host who was really responsive and helped us tremendously with all of our transportation needs. Thank you Karin!

Lorenzo was an exceptional host. Very attentive, thoughtful, and full of great local recommendations. He checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. If I could rate this place 15/10, I would! We had a rental car, and the location couldn’t have been better, just a 10-minute drive to everything, with convenient parking right in front of the house. Plus, the garden was absolutely stunning

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is a short walk to the Mercato Centrale of Florence and the Duomo as well. Lots of great restaurants close by. We love to walk So this was great for us. We stayed at Flora House as a family trip with my parents and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we really enjoyed cooking meals together with fresh ingredients from the host’s farm. It was a great place to unwind and spend quality time as a family. Highly recommended!

A beautiful property to stay in while exploring this wonderful city. We had a very late check in & Matteo & Suzanna were so accommodating. The home is a fantastic place of calm & coolness after a hot day spent in a busy city. Great local places to eat & artisan makers… thank you we loved Flora & would recommend & love to return someday .

This apartment is located in a great location. If you love the book “Room with a View”, you are located overlooking Santa Croce! Getting up the staircase with heavy luggage is a good workout but well worth the effort. The host was very helpful, promptly providing recommendations to local places.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the major attractions and at night, we could hear the musicians from the Ponte Vecchio. Christiana is a wonderful host and was extremely helpful. She explained the apartment to us on arrival and assisted us with taxis and restaurants. We would stay here again.

We actually were unable to stay here because my husband was hospitalized in Venice. The communication and understanding us having to cancel was tremendous. We have stayed in the neighborhood before and loved the area and walkable to everything we needed. Also just a couple of blocks from the train station which made this more attractive. Hopefully we will be able to visit someday.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Delightfully cozy accommodation in a perfect location for all the main city centre sights. Comfortable and peaceful. A true home from home. Breakfast and evening wind down in the courtyard garden surrounded by flowering shrubs and birdsong was a real bonus. Patrizia was the perfect host. Beautiful house, a short walk from the Piazzale Michelangelo for a stunning viewpoint. Francesca is an amazing host, very friendly and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, and the air conditioning worked very well. She gave us lots of recommendations and information on the area too. The area itself is incredibly peaceful and you can enjoy a quiet evening in the beautiful garden. We would come back again!

The house was located right in the heart of the tourist area, which was super convenient. We were able to come back and rest whenever we got too hot or tired from walking around. There were a few restaurants directly below the house, and while the host provided earplugs just in case it got noisy, we didn’t need to use them—it quieted down after midnight. It might be a good idea for future guests to bring mosquito repellent, just in case. One thing that could make the stay even better would be a full-length mirror. The host was very kind and helpful, and even allowed us to store our luggage before check-in time. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay!

This is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! Host was helpful and provided some great recommendations that we ended up going to and enjoying! Location is 10/10 and the place is exactly as described - feels luxurious and also has amenities just if you were home.

Lucia was an excellent host for our family vacation. She provided a beautiful apartment, a welcome gift, and many suggestions for food and activities.

It is a great apartment walking distance from all the touristic places. The host is very kind and responsive. The view of the Duome it’s a plus. I have only good things to say about our stay. Only thing to consider when booking is that the apartment has many steps to get in which was ok because we packed light.

Josephine was extremely proactive with her communication. She provided easy to follow check-in/check-out instructions and was quick to respond to any questions. Check-in was a breeze and we received a quick tour of the place. The AirBnB was exactly like the pictures with a spectacular rooftop view of Florence. The place was spacious and spotless with an extremely comfortable bed and all the needed amenities. This place was hard to leave and has moved to the top of our list for our next trip to Florence.

Asso's Place was the perfect home for our family in Florence!  The most luxurious Air BnB we've found to date - with original paintings, a generous supply of records, DVDs, and books galore.  The Duomo felt so close that we could reach out the window and touch it. The location was walking distance from all the major attractions and excellent restaurants. Piero and Raffaela were perfect hosts, reaching out to us with information about restaurants, shopping, and sites to visit, and answering every question quickly. Raffaella greeted us in person and pointed out important features of the apartment.  All of our needs were met to perfection.
