Holiday rentals with beach access in Santa Coloma de Gramenet

The location and accommodation are an excellent choice for those who want peace after an active day. A lot of amenities (grocery stores, restaurants of various kinds, beach, subway) are available on foot. The apartment was very tidy. The host gave useful instructions, the communication was simple and pleasant. They are a bit louder at night over the weekend, but the overall impression is that we would love to return to this accommodation in case of a return visit to Barcelona :)

The place is very convenient next to the train station. We were a family of 7 people incl 2 kids and the place was very comfortable and cozy. There was enough space for everyone. There are quite a lot of convenience stores around which helped a lot with kids. Overall super experience and would recommend the place.

Beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view of Barcelona and the Mediterranean! We loved our stay and Carmen was an excellent host. She made sure we had everything we needed and even surprised us with Cava and sweets for our 20th wedding anniversary. We highly recommend this apartment, it is clean and accessible to Barcelona and the beach.

This place was more than enough space for the two of us who stayed here. It was spacious & clean & had a lovely view of the street below & city. Carolina helped us check in & she was super friendly & helpful with recommendations & any questions we had! It was a quick walk to the beach, shopping mall, cinema, and lots of restaurants and patisseries. We loved this spot & would gladly stay here again next time we visit!

Meri is very helpful and accommodating. The apartment is a gem and in a great location. We enjoyed our week thee very much and feel in love with the place. The terrace upstairs is a beautiful addition to the very comfortable apartment below!

Really enjoyed my stay here - very convenient location - close to a train station, tram station, small supermarket, and large supermarket. Apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you could need for a stay. Living was comfortable with soft pillows and plentiful A/C available throughout the apartment. There is a quiet, clean beach within 5-10 minutes walk which was perfect for a quick dip and sunbathing. The hosts were very communicative and even provided local recommendations which we followed up on and enjoyed a local coffee and pastry. We were attending an event at the Parc Del Fòrum and this apartment was perfect for that. Overall I would gladly recommend booking this apartment.

The place was very comfortable for me and my family. We had everything that we needed. The parking was a plus close to the beach. Our daughters were happy to walk by themselves to the shopping mall. Lots of little shops across the street and a great local bakery. As host they provided great suggestions for things to do where to eat.

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny’s Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach and walking distance to everything in Sitges (without being super loud at night). When the beach was busy on the weekend, it was so perfect to have the rooftop access. Would definitely recommend!

Juliana was a great host and the house matched the description very well. It was perfect for 8 friends of 40 years celebrating a 60th birthday and was a great location for local beach bars and restaurants (short walk), Barcelona (bus or train) and Sitges (train). The facilities were great. It took a while to understand the instructions for the oven to heat pizzas up and perhaps a toaster would've been useful but neither of these things affected our high opinion of the house overall. An extremely clean and tidy inside and outside area. I would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic family holiday here, bringing together three generations - aged 3 to 77. There was plenty to keep everyone entertained including the teen and pre teen kids so that they weren’t stuck on screens! The padel court is so much fun. And the triple size jacuzzi was a hit with the kids!! The house was well equipped and clean, also providing basketballs and padel rackets/balls so we could play lots of games! The sea views from the terrace (enjoyed with a gin) were what holidays are made for. We loved it, Thankyou!

Silvia is such a lovely person, the communication was perfect before, during, and after our stay. She has prepared our arrival with great care, and has been as flexible as she could to meet our agenda (thank you again for the special gift for my father's birthday!!). The house is well located, only a few meters from the train station linked with Barcelona (30 min trip from this station to Barcelona, only costing a few €). The beach is right behind, it was very much enjoyable during those hot days. The house is nicely equipped with everything you need for a short or a long stay. There are many parking options nearby for the vehicles as well. Some nice restaurants and bars are accessible in the town. In summary, we had a wonderful time in Vilassar thanks to Silvia and her nice house.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a great time. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and cozy village, where you can find various shops and also a market. There are several cities such as Mataró and Barcelona that we have visited at a short distance. Upon arrival, a large fruit bowl was ready for us and the (fridge) cupboard was filled! The cottage is just big enough for 2 people. We made a lot of use of the shared outdoor space with swimming pool, these were not used by Toni and Olga during our stay. Around the evening there are mosquitoes, so they have brought a lot of things for that, such as candles. It is wise to bring your own anti-mosquito spray if you want to sit outside in the evening. Toni and Olga are very hospitable, they responded quickly to questions or requests.

Beautiful home in a great location, perfectly situated between Barcelona and Girona. House complete with all amenities needed with a lovely seating area outside. Wonderful host waiting for us on arrival to show us the house and offer local knowledge and advice. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

For a relaxing trip with friends, this is an amazing place. You can spend the day relaxing on the beach and come back to enjoy in a bbq. The public transport is nearby and there are many shops around the house. Silvia was very welcoming and helpful, with quick responses and great energy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to relax and visit Barcelona throughout the day. Will definitely come back again.

Very nice accommodation, located in the basement of the owner's accommodation, it is very quiet and ideally located. 1 minute from a children's park (2 to 12 years old), 5 minutes from the supermarket and 8 minutes from the train on foot. The R1 line of the train takes 25 minutes to get to the "Catalunya" station, the central square of Barcelona. The owner Nancy is very responsive by message and is friendly. The check-in instructions are clear. There are also all the centres of interest in the PDF given. 3 beds in 90 for the little ones and a kiiiiiinnnnnggsize bed for the parents. Everything was perfect. Thanks.

This was my third time staying with Jordi and Manel. Their home is always such a great home base when my friends and I visit Barcelona. It's close to the metro, in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants nearby, and also a quick walk to the beach! On top of that, the place itself has everything you need and Jordi / Manel are ready to help anyway they can.

We loved staying here! Excellent location! We could look out and see so much. Loads of places to eat right nearby. The place was clean, stocked, and exactly what we were expecting. Would absolutely recommend.

We stayed here as a family—my wife, our 2-year-old child, and I—and everything was just perfect. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, and more. It was thoughtfully equipped for all types of guests, including families with children. We especially appreciated the presence of toys, which made our little one feel right at home. There was nothing missing, and everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Thank you for helping make our trip so enjoyable!

Location: although street noise is worth a mention, its momentary and not something that would stop me from returning. 2 to 5 minute walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, next town over (Badalona) easily walkable in less than 12 minutes. House: spacious, clean, well equipped. We are a family of 5, 3 teen girls shared 2nd bedroom, leaving the living room free for reading/relaxing. Host: David is a gent, so helpful, knowledgeable and has many great recommendations from sights to visit to finding great tapas. David went out of his way to help when I was in need of a doctor and pharmacy late on Saturday evening. Thanks again David. I shared the doctor 24/7 information with him, for future guests. We had two great days local to the house and two great days sightseeing in Barcelona. Happy teens, Happy parents.

Very good experience, Mariona was very nice and welcoming host, we were later than expected, and she was touched and apologetic in order to wait for us to stay in for our missed and family's weekend dinner.It's a good value house in Barcelona, close to the beach and peaceful.Downtown is easily accessible by bus and subway.If there is a chance I would like to visit Marinoa

Alex was a fantastic host! We were given transportation recommendations & help with holding our luggage so we could get to a tour in the city the morning we arrived. The place was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the water and delightful breeze coming in from the balcony. The area was very nice & we had a quick 20 minute walk to a great restaurant. It was a fast stay for us but definitely worth it. Thank you for everything, Alex!!!

Great apartment and location! Right near the Metro station to easily get around. Host was great at communicating and helpful. He met us at the apartment and was flexible, letting us check in early which was helpful after arriving by train from Madrid. The views were great and the apartment had air conditioning!

Alex and Olga were always very responsive and extremely accommodating. We arrived just before the supermarket nearby was about to close, and Alex showed us a shortcut and ran with us to make sure we had our groceries :) The place has absolutely everything you might need. The area is very calm and safe, and the beach is just a stone-throw away. Thank you Alex and Olga for your hospitality!
