The location is excellent, easy to get to, well communicated, with recreation on Sunday and everything you need around, whether for shopping, leisure, food, health care... Both the host and support staff are very friendly and always willing to do their best to make the stay pleasantly unforgettable. I would come back without hesitation!

We loved Casa Moro and meeting Diego. He made our stay so great and he was incredibly helpful. The house is lovely!! We were so relaxed and happy to be there. We slept well and really enjoyed just hanging out in the mornings or hot afternoons reading some of his great books. Diego is a very thoughtful and kind host and he gave us tons of recommendations around Guadalajara. He’s a great resource for helping to curate a special trip in Guadalajara.

Our stay was very pleasant, we had excellent service, the manager was always available at all times. The house is clean, tidy, very comfortable, enough bathrooms, all very clean, the kitchen is very large, we were able to cook at all times, the house is in a very good area, quiet. I'll definitely rent again. The house manager has Uber, the gentleman is very responsible and reliable, he took care of our transfers to the airport. Everything was 10/10.

Excellent place to stay whether for work or rest. The apartment is quite spacious, modern and beautiful. There were minimal details such as shower soaps and toothpaste since they are little things that you sometimes forget. Other than that, an excellent place, I'll stay more often.

A great house for a great family experience. Mr. Vicente is always attentive to questions and comments from the first moment, the house matches the photos published; being on the shore of the lagoon makes it an incredible experience, the pool is heated, the amenities described are complete, it is easy to get to and has ample private parking. Paty was in charge of welcoming us and making us feel at home, always attentive to what we might need or any questions we had. My family and I left happy and we hope to Coming back.

Great place to stay in a fun and scenic part of town. It felt very cozy and the amenities were just as advertised. I enjoyed being able to walk to nearby coffee shops and restaurants and to the historic sites. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was excellent, the apartment complied with everything mentioned and it is very nice, the attention from the host was excellent, he was always attentive and gave clear instructions for access to the apartment, I hope to stay with them again.

I would definitely stay again. It's a very nice apartment in a wonderful building, with a shopping mall and grocery nearby. Communication was good and quick. It's a very safe building. Note the kitchen has limited cooking supplies (2 frying pans) and no basics (no salt, pepper, coffee, oil, paper towels) so you need to buy or bring with you. The clothes washer was nice and there's a drying rack (but no detergent).

The apartment is very comfortable, with a very good view of the city. It is the same or better than in the photos. Magma was always very kind, attentive and was looking out for us. I highly recommend it. The building has a very good restaurant on the ground floor.

Nice little studio, in a nice relaxed part of town very private, great if you have a car since you can park under the building. The bedroom upstairs is nice with a tv. and A/C. They were very understanding when I arrived an hour late for check out and cleaning lady was courteous enough to bring down my thing to the couch as she had to do her job. Only thing being I wish there was a tv downstairs and just being careful walking down the stairs in socks since they’re slick metal steps. But overall very quiet with minimal noise from the train around noon

I would highly recommend the place; for a couple it is excellent, even for 4 people it can be very practical with the sofa bed and the additional bathroom. The area is very quiet and being in a private complex of two towers gives it a plus. It has two parking lots, very practical if you rent a car for nearby outings. Karina is super attentive and always making sure you have an excellent stay

Steps from main boulevard Chapultepec. Walkable to restaurants cafes and night scene. Secure location. Concierge on site. Easy to get in and out. We had a great view. Enjoyed our time on the balcony in the evening. Great location! Recommend
