Hello, we are Eliana and Maxi. Over a year ago, we decided to get this little house to enjoy this beautiful Colonia resort with our family and friends. We thought about furnishing it with everything new and with a lot of color harmony in the retro style. It has a bedroom with a double bed and another with a bunk bed, a bathroom with a washing machine, a kitchen with a refrigerator, a microwave, and a matching electric kettle. You can also enjoy a large deck and a well-lit and decorated garage.

Our house is located in a very interesting point of Cologne, a quiet neighborhood with proximity to several places of interest in the city. You'll love my place because of the natural light, the backyard with a barbecue and green space, the wood stove, the spaciousness, the comfortable and spacious kitchen, complete with basic condiments available. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families, and large groups of friends.

Comfortable and warm cabin. Exclusive garden with barbecue, trees and plants. Deck at the front with large window and another at the kitchen entrance. Double bed with brand new mattress. Complete bathroom with spacious shower cabin. Gas stove and oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, all necessary utensils. Natural light in all spaces. Air conditioning. Very bright. It is located on an accessible street 8 blocks from the beach with a nearby bus stop.

The happy quiet

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

The house was built in 1916, recently restored. Excellent orientation and brightness. It combines the historical past with the comfort of the present. It's the place to find peace and serenity. It is a comfortable and spacious house for a total of 7 guests, the price we publish is per double room ( 2 guests). It is fully equipped for a few days off!

La Serena is a 3 bedroom house located 9 kilometres from Colonia's old town and port. Surrounded by a 4 HAS garden, it's ideal for visitors expecting to enjoy the countryside and nature. La Arenisca beach is within walking distance (~1.3 Kms far). The house has 2 bedrooms in the ground floor and 1 bedroom in the upper floor. Pets are not allowed.
