Monika was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The location was perfect, close to my place , yet it still felt peaceful and relaxing. I would highly recommend Monika’s place to anyone visiting the area. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests’ experience. I’ll definitely be back if I’m ever in town again!

Pleasant Stay with Helpful Host I recently stayed at Kareem’s property for a day and had a generally positive experience. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. One of the rooms was a bit dusty, which I understand was likely due to the recent installation of a new blower. We had a wonderful stay from April 28th to May 1st. The host's family were incredibly warm and welcoming truly treated us like family. They helped us arrange a cab to the airport and provided delicious home-cooked meals at very reasonable prices throughout our stay. They also recommended great nearby places to visit, which made our trip even more special. All our needs were taken care of food, water, and essentials were provided right at our doorstep. washed our clothes on request. They patiently answered all our queries and made sure we were comfortable at every step. We also worked remotely during our stay, and the WiFi was super fast and reliable. Lots of love and heartfelt thanks for making our stay so memorable! the only issue is the accebility to the location at night time. it's little difficult to get the cab/auto from Ola & Uber but the host's brother will help with it.

This place just amazed me, it had everything a home needed. The garden was beautiful and very well mantained, the kitchen is situated right in front of the bedroom, very well curated. The bedroom smelled amazing once I entered in it, it made a plus for me. Shandar and his family are wonderful people, it's them who made me feel home. They were always helpful towards me, the best host I have ever had, honestly.

Alok was super helpful (probably one of the most helpful hosts I have ever met through airbnb)! The apartment can be a little tricky to find at first but Alok came out to meet me. The room was large and clean, with a table and chair to use for working. Like many visitors, I was staying in the apartment before heading the Nepal. The location is great for that: 10 minutes tuk tuk ride to the train station or 10 minutes to the bus station. Within 5-10 minutes walk you can find places to eat. The WiFi was pretty good most of the time although if you need to work during your stay I recommend having a back up (sim card with data). I teach classes so that's important for me! As someone else mentioned, there are a few mosquitoes but you can use the ceiling fans to keep them off you while you sleep and there is a plug-in anti-mosquito device too. I would happily stay here again if I were to make the same journey.
