Xàtiva was a true discovery for us. We went there on a whim, but the city captured our hearts. We found peace and seclusion — a rich historical part combined with closeness to nature. At the same time, it offers access to urban infrastructure, with a train station and restaurants within walking distance. Raúl’s apartment is located right in the historical area, just a 5-minute walk from the castle. If you keep going up, you’ll reach the forest area. It’s an ideal spot if you have dogs or simply enjoy nature walks. And still, it’s only an 18-minute walk to the train station and less than 10 minutes to the city center with all its cafes and restaurants. Raúl himself was very welcoming. Thanks to him, we found quiet places to walk, had homemade paella, and even got to taste lemons grown in the garden. We didn’t have a single issue during our stay. If you’re a dog owner, you can rest easy — both you and your furry friend will be warmly welcomed! Thank you for the trust.

The communication with the host has been extraordinary, and the surroundings of the apartment, which is tastefully renovated, is beautiful. Xàtiva has been quite a discovery for us.

We had an amazing week in connection with a 50th birthday celebration! Casa Monte Verde is a great property that doesn't feel crowded at all for 7 people. Its view and its outdoor environment is absolutely fantastic and we had nice pool hanging as well as nice dinners outside. Inside, the house is very nice, with plenty of bathrooms and with a very good and well equipped kitchen. I highly recommend a stay here!

Great location as a base for hiking, beautiful sunsets and lovely to listen to the birds in spring. A mini adventure for us.

Great stay, very simple and effective communication with the host. Good performance. It is a quiet area with parking spaces available in front. In general, both the stay and the contact with the hosts were perfect.

We rented this beautiful country house near Cullera for meditation retreat, and it was absolutely perfect. The peaceful setting, crystal-clear pool, and breathtaking mountain views created the ideal environment for rest and reflection. We held group meditations, walked in the gardens, shared a delicious meal, found quiet spaces for journaling and relaxed on the outdoor couch, soaking in the calm. The kitchen provided all we needed to enjoy delicious meals. Arturo was wonderful—kind, communicative, and supportive throughout the planning. Everyone in our group left feeling refreshed and already talking about coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene escape!

A perfect place to spend a few days with family and friends!!! Enjoy the tranquility of the area, nature and feel peace!!! The chalet has spectacular views of the mountains. The best thing about the house for me is the pool area with the paellero and a great bar to sit and have a great time with friends. In my case I went with 2 babies and they loved to run all the time around… hide Easter eggs, fly comets… ideal for Easter week!!! The only thing in my case is that I was not able to remove my eye for a second by the pool and that until Mayo they do not have it cleaned. The first day we were up for a dip!!! In general I give a 10 to the house and Andrea who has been super friendly.

Stay too short, the accommodation is perfect, bright and exceptionally clean. It smells fresh and like clean laundry. Everything you need to have breakfast and even a tray of cookies offered, too nice. Very well equipped and close to small shops. Very family-friendly neighbourhood and secure residence. Access to the garage by elevator directly from the apartment. Host present at the key handover and although we did not speak Spanish, the lady took the time to make us understand how the apartment works. Great experience, I recommend it. Thank you
