Monthly Rentals in Sant Joan

We loved this villa! A group of 5 of us stayed here, looking for a relaxing stay and a house with a pool to lounge in. This place absolutely met our expectations, great value for the cost, very clean, owners were lovely and responsive. It was a relatively remote location and the town was a bit sleepy but if you’re looking to be a bit remote and have a central position on the island to explore, this is your spot!

Our second stay at this wonderful villa. Great location to explore the whole island, yet perfect to come back to when in need of pool and quite time. Lots of space, beautiful decor. Can't wait to come back again!

Lovely peaceful place and loved it there. Petra was a great host

We just stayed at Carme's place for 6 days. She is a very friendly hostess, waited for us in the house in the evening, and had even provided pizzas for us in the fridge. The house has all the comforts, beautiful views over the village. Beautiful swimming pool that was unfortunately still too cold now in April, but wonderful when it is warmer. The location is in the heart of Mallorca, so with a car you can go anywhere within the hour. Carme also responded quickly to questions, very nice!
