Monthly Rentals in Sant Joan

We loved this villa! A group of 5 of us stayed here, looking for a relaxing stay and a house with a pool to lounge in. This place absolutely met our expectations, great value for the cost, very clean, owners were lovely and responsive. It was a relatively remote location and the town was a bit sleepy but if you’re looking to be a bit remote and have a central position on the island to explore, this is your spot!

A soothing residence with a large pool as in the photos , the beach right next door, the apartment was great , clean and have everything there needs. I recommend it and will be happy to come back

A little paradise! Perfect to unwind and as a starting point for excursions. We felt right at home. Petra and Santi welcomed us in a very friendly way and even showed us their wonderful vegetable garden and the animals. But at the same time they also gave us enough privacy. Highly recommended!

We loved the house and its terraces. We only needed the fire on the first night and only put 3 pieces of wood on which kept warm for 36 hours. There are lots of unusual artefacts giving the house a quirky atmosphere. The house is bigger than it looks in the photos. The ground floor was sufficient for two of us and we hardly went upstairs. It was easy to find and an easy drive from the airport.
