The only shared space is the back entry way/mud room, where you will find a washer /dryer unit and the lock box for entry. This home is right around the corner from a shopping plaza that offers good food and fun shopping. We are less than a mile from the swamp rabbit trail! Furman University is also 2.9 miles away.
