Locație superba, situată la 2 km de stațiunile Băile Felix și Băile 1 Mai și la 3 km de orașul turistic Oradea. Construcția este noua,fiind compusă din 4 dormitoare și 4 bai, un living și o bucatarie dotata cu toată aparatura necesară. In curte se afla un foișor cu masa mare, dotat cu grătar și ceaun. Am instalat și un Ciubar cu apa fierbinte și jacuzzi cu o capacitate de 12 persoane! Ciubărul se închiriază separat(300 lei/sejur). Aparate de Aer condiționat(AC) in fiecare camera+ living
