Beachfront holiday rental in Sanlúcar de Barrameda

Victor is a super friendly and uncomplicated host. The absolute highlight of the apartment is the large terrace and the location, it is really right by the sea. That was just great with a small child, because you could also go to the beach "quickly" without always having to carry everything with you. We were there from late May to mid-June and at least during this time, the beach was always incredibly empty (except on weekends, but even then I didn't find it particularly crowded.) A rental car is necessary, if only because it gives you the opportunity to explore the beautiful cities in the area. We particularly liked the manageable rota. The apartment is cozy and equipped with everything you need. I think we weren't there for the last time. Thank you Victor for making us feel at home!

We've had a wonderful time as a family. The house is beautiful, with all the amenities and super well equipped, which has made it a fantastic stay. The house is just like the photos and even better in person! Everything is very clean and just a stone's throw from the beach! And with Susana, communication has been super fluid and very close. We're thinking of repeating it next year! 😊

First of all, I'd like to emphasise how charming and attentive Manuel and Ana are. Everything was perfect from the first minute. Communication at all times and quick answers to any questions. The cottage is charming, friendly and cozy. It has everything you can imagine in the surroundings, all kinds of restaurants and entertainment. You can walk quietly through the heart of Rota without having to travel too far, given how central the house is :) Do not hesitate to use the parking lot, it is right in front of the house and you are guaranteed peace of mind. Beautiful property, we had everything we needed. easy to get to the beach and bars and restaurants. Mireya was super helpful and quickly assisted us. We would love to come back.

Maite's apartment is the best you can find in Costa Ballena. It's spacious and new. It's very bright and well-equipped. Air Conditioning is practically not needed because it is quite cool just opening a couple of windows. It has two excellent terraces and the bedrooms are of a good size. The beach is a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. It's in a quiet area of Costa Ballena. The development has several pools that are not usually very crowded and a couple of paddle courts. The only thing we had of any problems with was the water heater. It is very small for a family of four if we all are showered behind each other, it would be important to notify them in advance so that guests can organize themselves, because once you already know it, it is no problem. They miss trash cans in the bathrooms and a larger hair dryer. But overall we were very comfortable and communication with Maite was very smooth

We loved staying in the beautiful, spacious, very well-equipped house with a great pool and fireplace. The proximity to the beach and shopping is ideal. We felt very comfortable and very well looked after by Beatriz.

The stay was excellent. The communication with the host was quick, clear and very friendly from the moment. The apartment was impeccable: clean, well cared for and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Walking into the apartment the first thing you see is the fantastic view of the beach ,sea and Cadiz in the distance. Everything is new and super clean. We were very comfortable. We were very happy with the location. It is near to lots of bars and restaurants. A supermarket is a few minutes away too. We could walk into Cadiz or catch a bus just outside.

Wonderful, stylish, sparkling clean, modern apartment. Check-in was easy with the app. The apartment is perfectly located, on Plaza de San Juan, in the middle of life. Nevertheless, the bedroom was surprisingly quiet. In the vicinity, we enjoyed all the amenities of the city and the long beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes via the promenade. The apartment's furnishings were great for two people and Violetta responded immediately to a request. Thank you Violetta for the great stay. We felt very comfortable and welcome.

We had a wonderful stay in Cadiz. Claudia was an excellent host, so welcoming, lots of personal touches on arrival and made such an effort to accommodate our 8 month old baby. She gave us loads of recommendations from food to trips we could avail of throughout our stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location, only a few minutes walk to the main streets and the beach. It is absolutely spotless. There is a lovely little balcony area to sit and watch the world go by. Highly recommend Claudia’s place for anyone looking to experience a stay in the heart of Cadiz.
