Beachfront holiday rental in Sanlúcar de Barrameda

It was very nice and comfortable. The apartment had everything, and with many details , it doesn't lack anything. The only downside that we had a lot of expectations with the beach , and to bathe there is travel ,because that area is the mouth of the Guadalquivir . So there's a lot of stone and mud right on the shore, but it was also interesting because of the birds there .

A luxury in the historic center. Modern apartment, amazing views. Sea, beach, light, tranquility of an urbanization with private parking and everything close by. In other apartments you are close to the sea but you do not see it from your window. The historic center of Cádiz is very nice but its streets are narrow , with little light and from the windows many times what you see is the window in front. That's why I always try to stay in this apartment when I go through Cádiz. The apartment is very clean and very large and cozy, complete with belongings. Good air conditioning. Pink, the man in charge does everything to make you feel good.

A beach paradise! If you want to relax in nature, this is the perfect place. It feels totally secluded but there are grocery stores and restaurants just 10 minutes away by car. The house is very special. It’s located right on the beach, totally private, and the sunset are spectacular! The way it’s decorated is also very comfortable with everything you need. If you have a dog: sand has built up over the side of the fence facing the beach so your dog can just walk right out. The other 3 sides of the property are secure. I 100% recommend the house but if it’s raining, you might have the water enter the house from the front door and sliding doors. We were able to clean it up with a mop and towels but wanted to mention that it’s a rustic experience.

Unbeatable house two blocks from the beach, the house was clean and has everything you need to enjoy a few days in all comfort and without having to worry about anything, we were a few friends and we were very comfortable. Beatriz was attentive all the time that we were comfortable and that there was no problem, we will definitely come back. Exceptional parking and arrival with a grocery store two streets away. Quiet and family-friendly urbanization that you feel safe and comfortable. It has front garden, back and terrace to enjoy. 100% recommended

Asun's apartment is great to spend a few days on the beach in Chipiona. Highlighting the great location and air conditioning (very good and keeps the house very cool). If I have to say something to improve it is that there is not much storage, just a closet in the wedding room; it would have been great to have some more wardrobes. The bathroom needs a renovation, but it fits. Highlight the timeliness on arrival and the flexibility of check-in and check-out times, we were very at ease! Thank you Asun for your kind.

Our stay was excellent. The host was very nice, available and flexible. She left us very clear arrival instructions, which made everything very simple. The place was perfectly located, very clean, well organized and equipped with all necessary. We felt very comfortable from the very first moment. ¡I recommend this place with a lot of taste and without hesitation!

Maite's apartment is the best you can find in Costa Ballena. It's spacious and new. It's very bright and well-equipped. Air Conditioning is practically not needed because it is quite cool just opening a couple of windows. It has two excellent terraces and the bedrooms are of a good size. The beach is a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. It's in a quiet area of Costa Ballena. The development has several pools that are not usually very crowded and a couple of paddle courts. The only thing we had of any problems with was the water heater. It is very small for a family of four if we all are showered behind each other, it would be important to notify them in advance so that guests can organize themselves, because once you already know it, it is no problem. They miss trash cans in the bathrooms and a larger hair dryer. But overall we were very comfortable and communication with Maite was very smooth

My 90-year-old mother-in-law and family spent more than two months of very pleasant enjoyment here, just as convenient as at home, sunbathing in front of the beautiful golf course every day, very convenient to go to the nearby supermarket to buy food, etc., in the afternoon, walking the dog by the sea, occasionally listening to the pleasant sound of the waves entering the water at night! It's a wonderful retirement life! The Host is very high quality and never disturbs us. When we encountered some problems, he replied immediately. When we just checked in, he personally drove us around to familiarize us with the surroundings and introduced the situation. We were very touched, especially reluctant to leave, but we had to go back to our own home! I hope to come back if I get the chance!

We stayed as a group of friends for a week and the stay was excellent. The location to Puerto Sherry is just a few minutes away, which allowed us to walk there without any problems. We were impressed by all the details that the house had, toilet paper, bath and pool towels, oil, coffee, shampoo… it didn't lack any detail. We really liked that it was so well-equipped. Susana was very friendly and attentive to us for anything we needed.

Rosa’s place has all the amenities you need and a well-appointed unit only steps from the beach and situated on a beautiful property. From Rosa’s, you can walk anywhere in the city and see the sites. The surrounding cities are easily accessible and each of their own treasures — Cádiz and Gibraltar are historically significant. Rosa made us feel at home and provided a useful list of dining and sightseeing options that we enjoyed. I look forward to staying again.

Sandra is super attentive and gave us good restaurant recommendations. The apartment is great, good location, good views and everything you need. Super clean. We were right at home. I repeat for sure. We seem a little expensive to be February, but the quality of Sandra's dedication, makes up for it. Thank you for everything.

My wife and I spent a few weeks on vacation in Juan Simon’s apartment with our two little kids. The space is spectacular, with a huge outdoor balcony with incredible ocean views. The apartment is well-furnished, with comfortable furniture and sufficient space for a family of four. The community is great, with beautiful green space and a pool. The garage parking is very convenient, and the apartment has numerous great restaurants, the beach, and the Rota town center within walking distance. Juan Simon is an outstanding host, very responsive and helpful during our entire stay. When visiting Rota again, I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rota. Muchas gracias Juan y un abrazo!

Very well located house a few meters from a family beach, the house meets what is necessary although some aspects to improve so that everything is 5 stars. 5 star Jesus both in communication and in treatment, good directions to go to eat and get to know the surroundings.

From Patricia everything was very easy and the schedule was flexible. Fatima that it was the person who received us is a charm and we are saddled at all times for check-in and check-out. The apartment is spotless and very well-equipped and everything is very clean, and the place is unbeatable. Definitely perfect for 4 guests.
