The apartment is fully accessible, with no stairs, and is equipped with central air conditioning for both cooling and heating, ensuring comfort all year round. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. Consequently, entry to the room is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.
