Great place ,great surroundings Felt safe and secure with the securities up and about on the property. Ease of access,no hindrances with my stay All went very smoothly,and friendly security at entrance ,kaya. Place is excellent all round and things to do arround the area are close proximity. Places like the Nature reserve ,Red Desert, And Mac Banana that everyone talks about is A few minutes away which has many activities So all in all..was a great stay One negative I do have is Don't go in winter Yes I just chose the wrong weekend,but Too much wind comes through the ventilated doors, ...

Our stay at the beach home was absolutely fantastic! The location is unbeatable, with stunning ocean views right from the living room. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home.The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and the outdoor grill was a great bonus. We loved spending our evenings on the deck, watching the sunset over the water.The beach was just steps away, and we enjoyed long walks on the sand and swimming in the ocean. The owner was very responsive and provided us with all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and check-out process.Overall, our experience was wonderful, and we would highly recommend this beach home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the sea.

A beautiful spot, nice location (close enough to the pool and also to the beach) very clean and air conditioning works very well! We will defs be back again 🙂

Great, clean place

Beautifully decorated with all amenities we needed. Jojos, inverter, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine & drier. Place was clean & tidy, & close to the beach. We are regulars at San Lameer & absolutely love the place. So much to do! Host didn’t respond to my initial billing queries, but responded immediately when we had electrical issues & sorted it out straightaway. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Great villa with everything you need. Would definitely stay again

This villa is awesome. It is very clean and well appointed. It is well located in the estate and walking distance to the beach. It has a large private covered patio to relax on, have a braai and enjoy the surroundings.

Great place, clean and check in was very easy. No wifi which was only an issue for the kids. Otherwise a great weekend away. House had everything we needed, even an air fryer.

I will be Definitely going back soon same place same house

Our group loved the Caribbean Estate as a whole & B10 is definitely a beautiful residence & you can hear the rumbling of the sea & the beach is just a 5min walk from the house. Will definitely recommend it to family & friends

We had a wonderful stay. The location is great and we enjoyed the short walks down to the beach. Carol was simply amazing, and the house is super clean and comfortable. The house has spectacular views of the sunrise. We would love to visit again!

If anyone is looking for a home away from home,I would to da this house, it has a shower in each room which was very convenient for us,because there was a lot of us,and ur kids would love it.

This was a fabulous vacation home! Everything was great. We did share that a manual with clear instructions for the various appliances (ovens, hot tub, etc.) would be helpful and Marieta agreed that they would create one. Marieta was extremely responsive to a few minor issues we had and everything was resolved quickly and in a very friendly way. Would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Frances was always available to answer any questions or resolves any issues we have. The house clean and spacious, it beautifully located, our children loved the pool and the jacuzzi. The short walks to the beach in the mornings were my absolute favourite. I would highly recommend getting aircons as it does get extremely hot and humid in the house which creates a moist feeling and scent in the house. The staff were hands on. The children fell in love with Nonku and would often times help her out to and they were sad when it was time to leave Ozzie was helpful in showing us around and when we had issues he attended to them.

We had an amazing stay at Keith’s place! The house was spotless and beautifully maintained -honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. As a family of 7, we had plenty of space and felt completely at home. It was the perfect spot for us to relax and enjoy quality time together. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming stay. Thank you, Keith!
