In the summer of 2020, 2 low-energy wooden houses made of local woods were built completely pollutant-free. A place to let go and breathe deeply. With its own garden and southwest terrace. The vacation home has a large living room with a carpenter kitchen, dining table and sofa bed with a spring core mattress (200 x 160 cm) and a bedroom & bathroom with a shower.

The newly built chalet with a furnished balcony and fireplace has recently become available to holiday guests in the Kipnick holiday home. Furnished in a contemporary, modern style, the chalet promises luxury and comfort amidst the green oasis of the architecturally masterfully landscaped garden in the Kipnick holiday home.
