Very nice, large, 3-room apartment. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, large kitchen with living and dining room. In both rooms there is a double bed. On request, an additional single bed can be provided in one of the two rooms. The nearest bus stop (towards the university and city center) is a 7-minute walk. There is no elevator to the apartment. A very large courtyard offers comfortable seating.

The former servants' quarters of the original farmhouse was lovingly converted by us into a spacious attic apartment. The apartment, which has been extended into the gable, exudes a very special charm.
