Welcome to the forest home! Our house is located almost 1000 metres above sea level on the edge of the forest in the climatic resort of Semmering. We have 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen, covering a total area of about 340 m². Large fenced garden and forest with a terrace and barbecue facilities. Affordable shuttle to the train station and all important places in the area. The nearest ski resort (with ample parking) is 5 km away. We have a well-equipped playroom for children.

Caspar's Home

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

Cozy apartment in a central location: inn, coffee house, SPAR, swimming pond and mini golf are within walking distance. The St. Kathrein am Hauenstein ski lift is just a few minutes away by car, and Stuhleck is about 30 minutes away., cross-country skiing in St. Jakob im Walde after about 15 minutes. Villa Sebaldi: Pure summer fun

Our lovingly restored Villa Sebaldi offers plenty of space on two levels. There is a total of over 300 m² with 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and two living rooms are available. Two dining rooms complete the coziness. From the kitchen there is a small terrace and on the upper floor the magnificent veranda balcony with a view of the Rax. Around the house there is a spacious garden where you can barbecue in summer, or simply relax under the old apple tree.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.
