The apartment (70 sqm) has a terrace and a parking space. In addition to a large living/dining area, you will find a bedroom, bathroom with shower/toilet and a kitchen. In the living room is a big cozy corner sofa that can also be transformed into a sofa bed.

Very nice, large, 3-room apartment. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, large kitchen with living and dining room. In both rooms there is a double bed. On request, an additional single bed can be provided in one of the two rooms. The nearest bus stop (towards the university and city center) is a 7-minute walk. There is no elevator to the apartment. A very large courtyard offers comfortable seating.
