The house is located in an absolutely quiet area on our organic farm in the Ötscher Tormäuer/Alpines Mostviertel Nature Park. Starting point for excursions and hikes. Ideal for families, bikers and couples. The 68 m² accommodation is fully equipped, has a terrace with barbecue and a private entrance. The entire property is used by you alone. The town centre with numerous leisure activities (outdoor swimming pool, tennis) can be reached in 3 km by car or hiking boots! Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

Hinterbreiteneben is set in a dreamlike location – nestled in a 10-hectare organic wildflower meadow with rare plants and views of mountains, valleys and forests. Once a farmhouse and sometimes an aristocratic retreat, it now combines historic charm with modern comfort – from fiber internet to a panoramic sauna. Complemented by a chapel and inviting spots to linger. In summer Lake Lunz beckons, in winter ski resorts await, while cycling paths invite you from spring to autumn.

Bichl-Hütte, a hiker's hut with comfort

Ideal getaway cabin Feel yourself and nature. In the vicinity are the 3 Lunzer lakes, the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and beautiful mountain and hiking routes! Cycling enthusiasts will particularly like the Ybbs Valley cycle path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers are not left wanting. In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.

Our cozy log cabin is located on the edge of the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and is a perfect starting point for numerous activities in the beautiful Ötscherland! On our property there is a playground and a sandbox that can be shared, as well as a private seating area for guests. Our barbecue area including smoker may be used by appointment! Leisure facility with outdoor pool, beach volleyball court and public playground within 250 m walking distance.

A nice small 22 m² holiday room apartment on the organic farm. Living room bedroom with kitchen coffee maker and kettle available. Microwave, stove, fridge. Train-pered connecting door to the house. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and charming space. It is always something special to cook, barbecue, celebrate or laugh together at the big table or on the terrace with the big family, with another friendly family, or with your own friends. A beautiful house made of pure wood close to the Semmering and Stuhleck ski resorts, close to the Schneeberg and Rax hiking areas. Bicycles are available free of charge.

Chalet Dueppre

Book your stay and enjoy two cozy, beautifully decorated log cabins all to yourself, set on a private, fully enclosed property. A sauna and gym are available on request. From May to September, relax in the heated pool and soak up the sweeping views. Heading to the slopes? A shuttle to the Puchenstuben ski area (15 min away) is available for a small fee. And yes—there’s excellent Wi-Fi for streaming or working remotely.

Fulfill a childhood dream – the overnight stay in the tree house between the treetops is unique, cozy and offers great views of the Kremstal. The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

House on the Meadow

Small house at the foot of the Ginselberg with views of a large pasture surrounded by forests. The accommodation has its own terrace with wonderful views of nature. The building is divided into 2 floors. On the first floor there is a small anteroom, from which you go into the living room, further into the kitchen, the bathroom and a toilet. The two bedrooms and a gallery are located on the upper floor.

Das Häuschen für Naturliebhaber liegt an einem besonderen Platz in Alleinlage in den wunderschönen Ötscher Tormäuern. Das kleine Anwesen "entschleunigt" und tut der Seele gut. Ihr könnt Flussbaden im kristallklaren, erfrischenden Wasser der nur 400m entfernten Erlauf, wandern oder sonstige Abenteuer starten. Ein Lagerfeuer am Abend oder Grillen machen den Tag dann noch perfekt!
