Excellent stay! Was everything we needed. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Loved the openness of the inside. Perfect pool. Was able to swim night day & night. Patio was great to sit out in any time of the day or night. Outside patio fans were great. Matthew was helpful & kind. Beds were comfortable. Neighbor was peaceful. Perfect birthday, retirement & anniversary stay for our adult family. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Matthew!

We had a great time. Ryan was the easiest and most responsive host I’ve ever dealt with. The neighbor is immaculately landscaped and maintained. Everyone was friendly and the deck area was a beautiful place to just hang out and relax on. It’s screened in and we had no problem with the noseeums. The location is perfect to lots of dining options and shopping.

We booked a couples getaway and this Airbnb was perfect!! Kelley was super responsive and flexible with the check in time. The amenties in the house were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed....coffee machine, plates/utencils, even and air fryer! The beach was a 5 minute walk (loved that chairs, umbrell and a wagon were provided as well!) and a 15 minute walk to the Times Square area. The interior design of the home was amazing and the details really made it a trip to remember.

Beautiful home! It was like having our own little private resort. Our last stay on FMB was prior to hurricane Ian. It was great to see all of the rebuilding going on here and on Sanibel. Love the area!

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

Well kept, very clean home in a quiet neighborhood with accurate pictures. It has a lovely kitchen, a clean laundry room, very comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a really nice outdoor patio/lanai area with fun, multi-colored lighting around the pool for nighttime swimming. Check in and out was a breeze. The host promptly answered a question we had about the pool during our stay. The rental is located in a good location with a Publix and Walgreens only five minutes away. We also enjoyed the marina down the road which is open to the public (they have a coffee shop there we loved and enjoyed outdoor seating over drinks and brunch). The pool area, use of the kayaks, and beautiful sunsets were the highlights of our stay.

Wonderful stay! Clean and functional, everything we needed was provided, from games to towels to umbrellas to chairs. Pool was wonderful, golf carts were great, house was very nice, beds were comfortable, outdoor living spaces were perfect. The on-island property manager was super responsive and helpful. We loved everything about our stay and we hope to stay again someday!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely perfect beach getaway! This beach house was everything we had hoped for and more! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the sand, with the beach practically in our backyard. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, especially all the beach toys and gear, which made our stay effortless and fun. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were amazing, and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals at home. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing time in Ft Myers. The house was in a great location, close to the each and grocery store and had everything we could need. Would definitely come back. Susan was very quick to respond to my questions.

Shawn’s place is in a manufactured home pleasant neighborhood. It is modestly, but comfortably furnished. It has steps to enter and between some rooms so it isn’t perfect for disabled. It was great for a couple (or 2) visiting mom or dad. The community pool was about a block away and very nice

Our stay here was perfection! From the immaculate home & beautiful furnishings, it had absolutely everything we needed. It was spotless & it was evident the owners didn’t spare a dime with the decor. Amy was quick to respond any time we reached out. It was so peaceful & just what we were looking forward to. Jana did an amazing job communicating everything I needed, even while being in a time zone 6 hours ahead! The space is just lovely, totally furnished with lifesaver amenities (like extra laundry detergent), and perfect for staying with a child as there’s a child’s bedroom decked out with dinosaur stickers. Sanibel Island is a super convenient drive right up the road, and the neighborhood is quiet at night. Will definitely return!

Tracy was an excellent host. Super helpful and very responsive. House was spotless when we arrived and everything was as advertised. Location was beautiful with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The family loved the pool/hot tub and the gazebo on the water. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Due to 2 airline cancelations, I had to cancel my stay. It was a very frustrating situation but beyond my control. Communicating with Peter about my changing circumstances was easy and Peter promptly responded to my frequent updates, and he was very understanding. I plan to stay at his place once I finally get to Cape Coral!

Our trip to North Captiva exceeded our expectations. The house very private and a quick walk to the beach. I’d recommend this house and island to anyone that’s looking for a quit peaceful place to vacation. Look forward to coming back

Very happy we took a chance on this home. We had such a wonderful time. The owner has every amenity well thought out. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that had this many supplies which is nice when you fly and can’t bring as much as normal. We ate lots of good seafood. My grandsons spent hours fishing on the dock.

Very comfortable bedding. The sofa was large enough for all of us. Only wish the recliner ends on the couch had better cushions. But still ok. Pool and backyard are fabulous. Good size home for traveling with my 4 young adults 18-21 and our beagle :)

Where does one begin?! Amanda was an extraordinary host, bar none. Communication was proactive and ensured no detail was overlooked, in terms of logistics for grocery delivery and transportation from the dick to the house, seamless precision. The house was pristine w/every attention to detail being met (and exceeded). The views were nothing short of surreal; the beach was perfection! We are counting the days til our return, so very grateful to Amanda for hosting a magnificent stay at Lu’s!

I absolutely loved our stay! The house was well arranged, clean, smelled good and had easy-to-use appliances. It also had a wonderful pool that was perfect for relaxing. The location couldn’t be better we were just a short ride from our friend’s condo and close to amazing restaurants. Becky was easy to reach and responsive. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home and would stay here again!

The home is a perfect vacation home when you want to get away and relax. Nice quiet neighborhood, plenty of activities/games in the home and the kitchen was well stocked; from panini press, airfryer, grill. I love to cook so it was nice having more than the essentials. My son caught his 1st fish! The home had everything to catch and eat it, lol! The heated pool is awesome, the views are relaxing, home is spacious. We explored downtown Fort Myers, which was a close drive from the home. There were some unique stores and nice areas to stroll and discover. If you're into seafood stop by Izzy's..the food was delicious and the kids loved thier burgers. the key lime bar dessert was one of the best I've tried. Being able to explore and come back to a warm pool was phenomenal. Remember to bring your bug spray if you plan to sit out by the canal in the evenings for the view, fire pit, or fishing. The Host really thought of every small detail! The art work in the home is impressive. LOVED IT ALL

We had a wonderful vacation! The location is perfect – just 15 minutes to the beach, yet very peaceful and quiet. It’s the ideal mix of relaxation and good accessibility. We especially enjoyed the pool – such a great way to unwind. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described!

Beautiful home and well equipped for a nice stay. Pool and spa were great, dock and boat rental were very easy. Everyone enjoyed the ample seating in the outdoor area! Location is really nice and safe area for walks. Cape Harbour is very close and we visited often by foot, car, and docked for food drinks with our rental boat. More than enough room for our family of 5 adults. Kitchen was stocked with decent pans and lots of dishes, etc. Coffee pot and Nespresso machine worked well. Beds were comfortable, and bedding was average. Washer and dryer are new and work well. Only minor issue was that the air conditioning in Master suite never worked. We called after a couple of days and they had us try a couple of things, but they didn’t work. They said to call back if we wanted repair man to come out, but wasn’t a big enough deal for us to bother with it. Would stay again if in the area.
