Iter Preciado excellent host. Great communication and quick response I had arrived to Quito very late at night. So Iter Preciado gladly offered me ride from airport to the rental apartment. His place very modern and clean . Will definitely come back.

The place is nice, the amenities are exclusive to the owners of the place, you need a face ID to be able to enter all of them, it was not pleasant to use the wet areas, which is what I wanted to use the most, asking for a favor to enter or to open the door like infiltrators, inside everything is clean and tidy, it is not easy to order food at home, you have to go out to pick it up, the host was nice. There are areas that I couldn't use, such as the BBQ.

From the time I booked the place to checkout, Maria was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She even upgraded us to a penthouse unit and dropped off a bottle of wine for my husband and my anniversary! The location is great for visitors who want to walk around and be centrally located to sights around Quito. But even within a short walk, there are plenty of restaurants and shops. We always felt safe roaming around the area. The unit itself was comfortable, clean, and with a great view!

We loved staying at this old house on the mountain. The interior was charming and tasteful, with all the amenities and supplies we needed. Karen gave clear instructions on check in and was responsive. Only issue we had was with the old door and lock, you need some practice to use it but Karen and her husband helped us out. Also it is right across a beautiful church. During a few days there were some events happening in the church square so it was loud, but other than that we had no problem. Remember to bring eye masks for sleeping!

Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

Nice place, large and comfortable rooms. The pool was where we enjoyed the most, as well as the barbecue area.

The house was very nice and the view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. Pedro was very helpful in getting us water and anything else we needed for our stay.

We had a really good time at Paul's place. extremely nice and peaceful place. Clean, comfortable, well stocked.

Quiet area and close to the city center, clean, tidy apartment, and as shown in the photos, but what steals the show here is the view from the apartment, whether by day or night, the view of the entire city was simply beautiful 10/10

An excellent place to rest! Nature to the maximum large gardens and fruit trees for morning hikes. The house is very cozy and have everything you need for a peace and rest stay. The owners of the place are very friendly, they are always attentive to the needs of the guests! Highly recommended

I loved my stay in this apartment. It was impeccably clean, in an excellent location near the Quicentro, and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It also has additional accessible facilities and is a very safe place. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and both the host and his team were super friendly, always attentive and very communicative. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Hospedaje ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ with everything you need as seen in the photos, good location, good price, impeccable apartment, kind treatment of the gentlemen guards of the building , and above all the attention of the host is excellent always attentive to every requirement, I would return without hesitation . I recommend it .

What else can I say? We stayed here a third time and had again a great time. It was also very nice that we could keep our luggage in storage for a couple of days.

We had such a great stay! They were very responsive and helpful before and during the stay. It was a queen bed with a single bed that you can pull out from under. The space is a little small, but it worked well for 2 people. The building was very nice and the view from the room was beautiful. It is easily walkable to nearby restaurants and near the metro and bus station or a short Uber ride to most places in Quito.

Fabiola has his apartment located very close to the hospital where my uncle operated, his kindness is excellent, everything is very good and recommended for those who like to visit the city. Great panoramic view. Highly recommended Fabi it's an amazing host, her place is clean and close to everything.
