Hello! This house is located in a building with very convenient transportation in the Beomgye station area. It is 2-3 minutes on foot from Anyang City Hall, Acro Tower, and Beomgye Station Rodeo Street. The house is located on a high floor and faces the south, so it's very sunny, and the view is also very nice. It's 22-pyeongs so up to 6 people can comfortably stay. There's a convenience store in the building, and you can use the parking lot. There are two large grocery stores close by, so it's also a great place to buy groceries. By default, there is a queen-sized bed, and we offer a folding mattress and duvet set when additional guests book. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me :) Please let us know before your reservation if you are filming such as commercial photo shoots, shopping mall photo shoots, and more. (If you have a photo shoot in secret, you'll be charged 3 times the total booking fee.) We politely decline reservations for using the room as a conference room and office!

We remodeled part of the old house, and all the wooden furniture in the accommodation was handmade by my husband who runs a wooden workshop. We have opened a private space, which is also a furniture showroom and a villa for our family, so that many people can experience it. Due to the nature of the small space, it can only accommodate a limited number of people. Both the bedroom and the living room have windows facing southwest, so it's beautiful when the bright afternoon sun comes in, but the humidity and dark atmosphere on rainy days make it a very elegant neutral accommodation.
