Apartment holiday rentals in Sangnok-gu

The space was very cozy and clean, and it was in the perfect location! I booked the apartment for my friend to stay in during her trip to South Korea. She absolutely loved it. Thank you!!!

출장 겸 휴식차 1박을 머물렀습니다. 침실과 주방이 분리된 동선이 깔끔했고, 욕실은 실내에 두면서도 세면대를 밖으로 배치한 독특한 구조 덕분에 호텔 스위트룸처럼 세련되고 편리했습니다. 전면 통창으로 들어오는 자연광과 아늑한 인테리어, 포근한 호텔급 침구가 어우러져 집보다 편안한 시간을 보냈습니다. 세탁기와 건조기가 완비돼 장기 투숙에도 좋을것 같아보였어요. 호스트님이 제공해 주신 무료 주차권 덕분에 차량 주차가 모두 스트레스 없이 해결되었습니다. 평촌역·대형마트·중앙공원·로데오거리 등이 모두 걸어서 5분 이내라 차 없이도 생활이 가능해 위치 또한 완벽했습니다. 다음 일정이 생기면 무조건 다시 예약할 만큼 만족도가 높았던 숙소입니다.

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out at this lovely place. The location was convenient, and the space was clean and roomy. I’d definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

I had the best stay at Younggee’s apartment; the apartment is impeccable and extremely well kept. The area where the apartment is located is a lively area that is accessible to the central part of town. Unfortunately, I did not get to meet Younggee but she is extremely proactive and responsive regarding anything that has to do with the apartment. I had a great weekend at this apartment and I look forward to staying at Younggee’s again whenever I’m back in Seoul. 🤩😃😀

Our airbnb host JM house has been the best host till now. Not only did he help me with finding our airbnb and other stuffs related to the Airbnb, he helped us with early luggage delivery and storage. He was very helpful and had quick response which helped us a lot. He did bring help in a short notices. He was so flexible with our check out time which gave us extra time to relax. The apartment was the most beautiful and comfortable place I have stayed. The views are amazing and the apartment is close to shopping centre, stations and 1 minute walk to bus station. It was so convenient for us. Would definitely recommend it Thank you so much for all the help and making our stay very special.

great place! host is super kind and responsive! super clean and good location. about 10ish minute walk from subway, but very convenient. I will definitely stay here again.

너무 깨끗하고 바다도 잘 보이고 너무 좋았습니다 다음에 진짜 다시 오고 싶은 숙소입니다

다 좋았는데 머리카락이 좀 있었어요 ㅠㅠ 세면대랑 침대에... 그점 빼곤 다 좋습니다

was on a solo trip to seoul and had a pleasant stay at this airbnb. Super easy to get to and lots to do and see around the area (from shopping, eating and even beauty) I also love the fact that there was a CU right downstairs — since I got in late without going far I was able to pick up some things and snacks I needed. I do wish the bed and pillows were a bit softer but with all the walking I did in seoul, I had no issues falling asleep. However, the thing that was the most memorable was I accidentally left my retainers when checking out. The host was able to retrieve it for me while there was still another guest. Really appreciated the gestures because you know those retainers are pricey to replace 😅 I would definitely stay here again on my next trip back

We were USA citizens staying in South Korea for 4 months. We enjoyed our stay. The unit is part of a large apartment complex. We occasionally had a few noisy neighbors at night, but the host was very responsive, and helped us resolve the situation. The heater worked well, and Internet/wifi was fast.

Great customer service. They responded within seconds to any questions we had. The photos are accurate. Seems like a new property. The air conditioning is fantastic. This is the first place where we stayed and the floor was heated. Many restaurants nearby. Several grocery stores by. Two 7-11’s within a 2 minute walk. This property is well worth the stay.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut. ich war positiv überrascht. Sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage war gut mit super Restaurants und Anbindung zum Flughafen Incheon und Inennstadt. Sue war sehr nett und hat schnell auf meine Anfragen reagiert. ich würde diese Wohnung nochmal buchen.

숙소가24층에 위치하여 환기가잘되어 매우쾌적하며 공간도 넓어서 지내기에 불편함이 없었음 .게다가 교통도매우편리하며 지하철도 3분거리에있음 그리고 시장보기도 아주쉽다

정말 만족스러운 숙소였습니다! 3룸 구조로 가족이 함께 머물기에 너무 좋았고, 집 안이 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있어 편안하게 쉴 수 있었어요. 아이들도 중심지에서 조용히 잘 자서 감사한 마음이 들었습니다. 체크인도 아주 간편했고, 가격 대비 퀄리티도 훌륭했어요. 따뜻한 분위기의 공간 덕분에 좋은 추억 만들고 갑니다. 진심으로 추천드립니다!

I stayed here with two other colleagues for a conference, which is right in front of the apartment. The location is very convenient and is near the mall, and restaurants. The room is comfortable, and is equipped with all the necessities. The owner provided all the necessary instructions for check-in, check-out, and trash segregation thru a pdf file which makes it easier to follow. It's a very good accomodation, and I recommend it if you want to stay near the Suwon Convention Center!

재방문 한 곳인데 정말 하나부터 열까지 완벽하지 않은 곳이 없는 곳이네요. 이런 숙소를 보고 완벽이라고 하는 걸까요? 다 너무 마음에 들지만 청결도와 냄새가 미쳤습니다 ㅋ.ㅋ 이제부터 수원 쪽을 오게 되면 무조건 여기로 정했습니다잇 땅땅땅띵띵땅땅땅 ^.^

住宿位置很方便，樓下就有便利店，Olive Young，藥局，還在地鐵上蓋機場可以搭地鐵直達。 屋主James在知道我坐紅眼機到達韓國後還給我提早入住，回覆訊息也很快，房間很大設備齊全，十分推薦。

위치가 아주 좋습니다. 건물 안에 식당과 카페, 편의시설이 모두 있어 이용하기 편리하며, 길건너에 롯데몰과 갤러리아가 있고, 조금만 걸어가면 호수 산책도 가능합니다. 밤에 외부 소음도 없이 매우 조용해서 편히 쉴 수 있었습니다.

숙소가 깔끔하고 편해요 혹시 몰라 세면도구 다 가져왔는데 필요한 용품들 다 있어요 ^^ 창문 밖으로는 호수가 살짝 보여요 제가 머문 곳은 6층이였는데 더 높은 층이였다면 뷰가 더 좋았을거 같아요 수원쪽 에이비앤비 이용한다면 다시 이용할거예요 ^^

욕실 청결 상태랑 욕실 용품이 너무 다 잘 비치되어 있었습니다 신속하게 응대해주시고 주차 공간도 넉넉해서 맘에 들었어요 다음에 광교 오면 또 올게요 ㅎㅎ

숙소가 너무 예뻤습니다. 데스크탑 게임도 재미있게 했고, 전반적으로 만족스러운 휴식이었습니다. 감사합니다!
