Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sang-myeon

The host was so responsive, friendly, accommodating and kind. The unit is perfect. A lot better than 3-star hotels. The house was very clean. Every little things were thought off for all that you will need. Very homey feel at the same time you will feel that you really are in Korea because of the local neighborhood. We had a very good sleep with the comfortable beds. There are still lots of space to move around for the 5 of us. Very clean and spacious toilet and bath for Korean accommodation. Walking distance from Seoul Station. We are very happy and satisfied staying here. Will stay again when we travel again to Korea.

Fantastic stay above the rooftops of Seoul! Right in the heart of Seongsu-dong, yet peaceful. Super friendly and helpful host, smooth check-in thanks to the lovely café staff downstairs. The apartment is small (especially the bathroom!), but the rooftop terrace is a dream. The 62 steps are easy—and the view makes it all worth it. Great mix of traditional and trendy spots within walking distance. I felt right at home. Thank you, 선아!

Very comfortable accommodation! It was close to the subway station and the neighborhood was quiet, so I could relax after the trip. The interior was clean and pretty, the sunlight was good, and the house was big, so I spent it comfortably with my friends and I was very satisfied The host was so kind and quick to respond, I really want to compliment you. Le logement était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous avons adorés la localisation bien desservie par les transports (bus/metro), avec différents commerces de proximités. Également, la maison est super bien équipée, on ne manque de rien. Le seul bémol serait les finitions de la maison qui laisse à désirer : moisissure sous la porte de la salle d’eau, de la poussières sous les lits au sol, un extérieur peu entretenu. Mais cela n’enlève rien au charme de la maison et tous les équipements restent fonctionnels et les fournitures propres (draps, serviette etc). Le service de COSE est incomparable. Il est excellent et a rendu notre séjour génial. Je recommande à 100% ce logement pour le rapport qualité/prix, l’espace de la maison, ses équipements et le service de COSE.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely, with many great cafés nearby, and it’s close to the metro station, which made everything easy. The host is amazing — kind, helpful, and always available if you need anything. I truly felt at home here. I would definitely stay again!

I stayed here for almost two weeks with my son, and I honestly have nothing but positive things to say. The unit was perfect for the two of us — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom was modern, the kitchen was simple yet had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfy. I especially appreciated the convenient storage space and hanging area for clothes as I was visiting Korea for a wedding. The location was amazing — just a short walk to Nambu subway station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. I was able to get my hair and nails done, and did plenty of shopping at Olive Young and Daiso, all within walking distance! Getting around was super easy. My son and I visited the aquarium, a kids’ café, KidZania, and more — all accessible by subway. The department stores were also nearby, which made everything even more convenient. My son was so sad to leave — he actually said he wanted to live here forever! I highly recommend this place to anyone vi

Our family of four adults stayed at Gaya's condo for five days. We loved the location. It was very easy to get to the major attractions and more than enough restaurants to choose from. Subway was close by, but we did a lot of walking and took taxi back home when we were tired. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked (we didn't cook at all), but it had everything you need if you choose to cook. The airport pick up arranged by Gaya was a well planned transition from ICN to the condo. That was a very nice treat!!! We arrived at the condo around 9PM and Gaya was there to welcome us and gave us a quick guide to the apartment. Oh, and the fridge was very well stocked up. Thank you Gaya for sharing your home with. Your hospitality made our trip seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Seoul in the future.

에어비앤비를 국내에서 처음 이용하는 거라 걱정 많이 했는데 깨끗하고 쾌적해서 좋았습니다. 위치가 버스, 지하철 다 인근이라 (버스만 이용) 차 없이 이동하기도 수월했고, 차로 이동시에도 편했습니다. 담에 서울 올 때 또 이용하고 싶어요 ^^

Thank you so much for such a lovely stay! The house was exactly like the photos – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, but not at all scary – we felt very safe the whole time. The place had everything we needed, and all the amenities worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the little touches, like the fully stocked kitchen and the TV in the bedroom where we could relax and watch Netflix after a long day. The bathroom was spotless, and everything smelled fresh and clean. The host was amazing – super responsive, kind, and helpful with any questions we had. Their service really made a difference and made us feel well taken care of. We were genuinely impressed and felt right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in the area. We loved staying at Amy’s apartment. It was very well equipped and super clean. The apartment was very modern with lots of convenient appliances. Very central location with subway and bus stops close by. Amy was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions. We would love to stay again!

This hanook was so delightful and Jooseok was very kind and attentive. He helped us so much to navigate our visit (both to and from the home) Also, the space was beautiful and the neighborhood incredible. It’s very peaceful yet close enough to a popular street to easily access on foot. Wish I could have stayed a week to enjoy it all. I’d love to come back again. Thank you 🙏 🙏🙏

The house is perfect except for the steep hill in front of the house.The host couple was very friendly and comfortable. You have to use NAVER map to get there.Don’t take Google maps or you’ll get lost.

Phòng rất sạch sẽ và gọn gàng. Vị trí nhà cũng rất dễ tìm. Hơi xa trung tâm nhưng thuận tiện về xe bus. Trạm tàu cách đó tầm 1km ~ 15p đi bộ, nếu lười có thể gọi taxi ra trạm tàu với giá ~5kw.

a beautiful stay! wish i stayed longer. the breakfast was amazing and delicious. the helpers on the property are so kind and generous. the building is taken care of and the rooms are small but very comfy! the bathrooms are nicely renovated. i highly recommend staying here for a unique experience.

the check in process is easy and the price is also worth it
