River Lodge

This beautiful granite gate lodge is over 200 years old and is tucked inside the entrance to The Manor Cottages. It overlooks the Brittas river which is full of wildlife all year round. The cottage has recently been renovated in a traditional style but with all the modern day comforts. The cottage has a romantic feel to it and is wonderfully private. The cottage has its own designated parking area and a large private garden. It’s close to both Dublin and the airport yet feels wonderfully remote.

Ossory is a modern and cool one bedroom cottage.x

Inspired by my time living in Paris Ossory is a bijoux townhouse with luxury. Enjoy underfloor heating, books, art or a bath looking up at the stars. Everything in the house has been curated by me and it is filled with love. Also you are only 10minutes to the city centre or 10 minutes to the bike trail which will take you all the way out along the coast to the seaside village of Howth. The Coach House. Taylor Swift Stayed here!

Resembling a Tuscan Farmhouse this 200 years old coach house is simply irresistible. The building was elegantly restored after lying dormant for decades. Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place at the home of 90 alpacas. K2 Cottages Farmhouse and Farmyard are nestled in a hollow on the farm. The cottages replaced seven 7x original outbuildings and take their names from the building they replaced. We’ve used the granite, stones and slates from the original buildings in the new cottages.
