Access to the seasonal n'hood pool, tennis & basketball court. Close to great skiing & mountain biking. Sandy river just one street over!

This studio is located in Welches, OR. It is the perfect location to access recreational activities in the Mt Hood area - only 18 minutes from Skibowl and 30 minutes from Timberline or Meadows. Freshly updated space with a shared entry, the studio is on the second floor, inside the main house. It has a private bathroom and many amenities including Wi-Fi, internet, smart TV, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, kettle. We live in the house. You may occasionally hear noises and footsteps. Inside there are 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a cozy gas stove, modern furnishings, a reading nook, TV, and toys for your littles. The ZigZag river and endless trails are mere steps from your door. WE DO HAVE NEIGHBORS!!!!!
