Bryce’s place was beautiful with ocean views and a creek running beside the house. Chickens and a happy doggo are there to greet you when you arrive as well! It was great that the rooms had private entrances from outdoors so it really does feel like you have your own space. The shared space (kitchen and living room) is also very nice and a great place to meet people! Bryce was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hot tub was under maintenance when we stayed there. If you’re booking this place for the hot tub I would recommend reaching out to Bryce prior to confirm that it’s operational during your stay.

Kims place is in a great location with stunning views across the water. It is extremely spacious. The communal areas were shared with students during our visit, which was not a problem for us as they were quiet, respectful and friendly to chat with. Of course they cooked and used the kitchen like typical students too!

Can’t say enough wonderful things about the beautiful space Alana and Nicole have created! It’s vibey & cozy, the staff are all amazing and helpful, the hot tub and sauna are SO great to have access to and the tents, BBQ space and some are so well done. Worth every penny!
