Apartment holiday rentals in Sandpoint

We had a great stay at Jonathan and Jeannette’s condo in Sandpoint. The location was great, very quiet and peaceful and only 25 minutes door to door to Schweitzer ski resort which is a great skiing mountain. The town of Sandpoint was very close (only a few minutes’ drive), and we enjoyed going there to eat and exploring the town. The condo had everything we needed and was very well equipped. The living room was cozy with the gas fireplace and all the beds were very comfortable. The place was very clean, clear of clutter and nicely furnished. Jonathan and Jeannette were great hosts and very responsive. I highly recommend this place.

Sara’s place was PERFECT. We truly felt right at home. We were given great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Not only was the place very clean; it was comfortable, quiet, private, spacious, and had all of the needed amenities for me and my husband. We stayed one weekend here but wanted to stay even longer❤️ if we were to choose any place to stay at on this side of the world, we would choose Sara’s wonderful little Airbnb over and over again. A host with the biggest heart who was made for this! It was a pleasure getting to know this little city. Our experience, thanks to this stay, was 11/10!

Very comfy and clean place

Beautiful condo with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I do wish the access to the beach wasn’t through the garage. It was hard to get paddle boards out the doors and through the corners. If the gate on the pool worked that would be much easier access! The stay was just perfect and the condo was better than imagined!!!

Great place to stay! Even though it's below a bar/restaurant, it was quiet during the listed quiet hours. We were there to see a band play at St. Bernard so it was super convenient to just be able to go downstairs and go to bed after the show. Totally would recommend!

This top-floor condo was perfect for our family! Breathtaking view. Squeaky clean. Viking appliances. Cozy fireplace. Larger than expected. The outdoor hot tub and infinity pool sit right on the lake with snowcapped mountains in the distance. We loved that they were available in the winter months. The walkable location is spectacular. Five minute walk to downtown. Additionally, a walking trail that's right in front of the condo stretches for miles around Lake Pend Oreille. Along the trail, our seven and nine year old boys gleefully explored ruins from the old mills. Tangential hiking paths abound, one of which leads to a super creepy old wooden playground. Highly recommend! The price is steep for our young family, but we will absolutely stay here again if we can afford it. I cannot recommend it enough!

Continues to be my most favorite Airbnb ever. Kitchen and bathrooms are higher quality than my own. All matching silverware and stainless steel cookware, which is rare. No flaws that I can think of with this place, it’s perfect.

What a great place with an amazing view. This place had everything you need and was large and very comfortable. The location on the lake was amazing with the best lake views. We comfortably say on the deck every evening and watched the boats and the lake. We had a great time.

The Staff was responsive when we had a request or question. The location was easy to downtown and on the water. Very nice would go back!

Will definitely want to stay again! Love that she has some extras like toiletries and cream for my coffee:)

Beautiful condo with all of the amenities! The mountain and lake view was stunning. Spacious accommodations for 8. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. It is close to the train tracks and trains are frequent, but not disturbing. Quiet, peaceful surroundings - hot tub and pool were excellent!

Great place to stay to get away from the wear and tear of city life. We enjoyed all the amenities.

James place was a little gem. It’s laid out so well. Decorated adorably and perfectly for the area. The seating area in the window was so cute and my granddaughter loved sleeping in it. The place has so many great activities you can stay as busy as you want.

Great location and amenities! We struggled to find where the 5th and 6th guest where supposed to sleep, expected a pullout couch but didn't find one. We called down to the property maintenance who showed us there is a Murphy bed in a cabinet. There were instructions on the wall but a little too conspicuous for us to find them. It would be great to mention the Murphy bed in the listing description to help others find the sleeping arrangements. Aside from this everything was perfect. We loved the condo, the beach, the boat slip (rented separately), the bikes, and kayaks. It was also very walkable to city beach and downtown. We had a wonderful stay.

This is the 2nd year we’ve stayed at the Seasons and it’s always has been the best, cleanliness most GORGEOUS experience! We’ll definitely be back for more lacrosse tournaments and family vacations! They have everything for kids and families to do! We just love this place! Thank you!

The owner obviously had great pride in her place. Everything was perfect. The maintenance of the whole building was first class. I am on a board of a condo association for my second place in SC and I appreciated all the attention to detail of the whole facility.

James has the best rentals! His attention to detail is unmatched. The photos of this property don’t do it justice. The sofa was high quality, firm, and great for plenty of people. The towels are Frete, made in Turkey and absolutely luxurious. What I loved about this unit was that they didn’t skimp on the little things. There was high quality paper towels and toilet paper and plenty of it!! The views of this property were stunning. Everything worked great in the unit. We preferred it over the corner unit we stayed in prior in the same building.
