Om sommeren kan man tilbringe hele dagen ute på terrassen med spisegruppe, sittegruppe, solsenger, gassgrill, og jacuzzi. Kommer det litt regn kan man kose seg i sofaen under glasstak med varmelampe. The apartment is from the 1990s and is located near Pulpit Rock and Lysefjorden. The apartment is in the basement and is located in the second row to the sea. The apartment has been partially renovated with new bathroom. You can walk 200m straight down to the nearest beach/sea. There are outdoor grills by the sea that are free to use. There is a nice walkway along the sea,and two playgrounds. Nice seaview. The rest of the house is rented out separately. Towels and bedlinen are included.

Idyllic house by the lake close to Preikestolen.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Det finnes flere matbutikker rett i nærheten. Kort vei ned til Sandnes sentrum. Motorveien ligger like i nærheten som gjør det enkelt å komme seg til severdigheter som Stavanger og Prekestolen. Rekkehuset leies ut for første gang i sommer, men vertskapet har erfaring med tidligere utleieboliger med gode anmeldelser.
