Our place has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double Kingsize bed. Bedroom 2 has three single beds. The bed in the loft is 120 cm wide. You will find a shower room with shower, washing machine, dryer and a sink. The toilet is in a separate room where you will also find a hand basin and the hot water heater for the cabin. The Sauna is in the main hallway just outside the shower room. The hallway leads down three steps to the dining/living room/kitchen with a doorway out to the terrace area. Outside you have a terrace overlooking the lake. You will also find the outside shower and several places around the cabin to sit depending on where the sun is and the time of day. The Jacuzzi is beside the parking places for the cabin facing towards the mountain views and the lake.

Cabin in natural surroundings by the waterfront

Older cabin with simple furnishings and power supply via solar panel. Mobile phone charging via USB socket. There is a wood-burning fireplace, an outdoor barbecue (you must bring your own lighter and charcoal), a refrigerator, and a gas stove/cooking facilities. There are plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery. There are also frying pans and pots. There is no water supply, so we fill a water bottle with clean drinking water, which can be used for both cooking and washing dishes. Good starting point for day trips to Månafossen, Preikestolen, Lysefjorden/-botn, Kjerag, Jærstrendene, Byrkjedalstunet, Gloppedalsura. Short distance to Kongeparken, Stavanger and Sandnes. Fishing and swimming opportunities. The house is located 400 meters above sea level with ski lifts and slopes in winter. The house is suitable for 2 families who want to vacation together.

The area offers hiking trails, climbing, fishing and boat trips in the fjord. Nice atmosphere, perfect for both warm summer nights and cold autumn evenings.

The house has a garage with electric charger and parking space for several cars, garden, roof terrace, spacious terrace on the 1st floor with roof roof and barbecue area right out from the living room. Location: Close to the sandy beaches at Jæren, Pulpit Rock, Lysefjorden, Kjerag, Flor & Fjære, Stavanger & Kongeparken Activity Park. Very central with only 5 minutes walk to Sandnes city center with several restaurants, cafes, pubs & good shopping. 15 min by car to Stavanger & Stavanger AirPort. Very good public transport!

Garden furniture, gas grill and fire pit are included. Right below the holiday home (120 meters) you can sit on the rock and watch the sun set in the sea. Good fishing opportunities.

The 176 sqm townhouse is located in a family-friendly area with nice hiking opportunities right outside the door. The townhouse with 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms makes the space roomy. There are several supermarkets nearby. Short distance down to Sandnes city center. The highway is just nearby, making it easy to get to sights such as Stavanger and Prekestolen. The townhouse is being rented for the first time this summer, but the hosts have experience with previous rental properties with good reviews.

At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.
