Six beds including four beds (two in a double bed) and two beds in a sofa bed. Barbecue grill and trampoline are available. Parking for 2 cars with charging for electric car. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with nice neighbors. With respect to our neighbors, we wish that you do not have any loud parties or play loud music during your stay. Towels and sheets are not included.

If you want to go on a boat trip to the archipelago, the boats depart from Stenpiren, 5 minutes away. Welcome!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

It takes 15 minutes by tram to central Gothenburg. There are several grocery stores just a few blocks away.
