Newly renovated limestone house near Herta beach

Welcome to the limestone house near Herta/Hörte strand. Here you live quiet and rural and with cycling distance to the beach, bakery and grocery store. A few hundred meters to the farm shop with fresh vegetables and eggs. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, two bedrooms and a conservatory. The kitchen is fully equipped with, for example, convection oven from Smeg, Moccamaster and VitaMixer. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Enjoy a newly built modern house in a quiet forest edge by the Eksta coast and Djupvik harbor. The house is located privately with a 10-minute beautiful walk down to Djupvik's beach, ice cream and restaurant. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6-8. Morning and evening sun on different sides of the house. Hammocks in the edge of the forest. There is a guest house on the property that can also be rented. It has 5 beds and its own ad here on AirBnB. You can purchase cleaning for SEK 1,500.
