The Lodge at June Farms

AS SEEN ON THE SEASON FINALE OF BRAVO TV’S “BACKYARD ENVY”! The Lodge at June Farms is a stunning, rustic, open-floor-plan retreat. The screened-in front porch looks down onto our beautiful horse pasture. This main cabin is our most romantic cabin on the property. Our gigantic rain shower in the bathroom has an 8'x5' wall mirror and a French door that opens out to the forest. If you are a cook, this cabin is a chef's dream. Please check the availability for our other luxury cabins if booked!

Pool, Farmhouse, Pets Welcome at Roundhill Farm

An historic 1750 farmhouse on a quiet, beautiful 120 acre property. Huge rooms with wide plank original flooring, 6 bedrooms, large family room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room, and formal living room. The property includes a pond which you're welcome to skate on in the winter, and a horse barn and pastures. In the summer you'll have access to our in-ground pool. We welcome your pets! Come ski Jiminy Peak, only a 25-minute drive from this airbnb! The house sleeps 11 people comfortably.

The Beer Diviner Brewery Apartment

The apartment is entire upstairs of back of our farm brewery & taproom. Space is 14 x 28 feet and includes living/dining/work space, bathroom has small claw foot tub with shower. Queen-sized memory foam bed; twin day bed with pull out twin mattress. High def TV, wifi, private deck, kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot kettle for tea and and k-cup coffeemaker. Complimentary pint of craft beer in taproom. Located in a private setting in a hollow in the Taconic Mountains.

Upstate Homestead Cottage

Come relax on our cozy homestead in upstate NY! Beautiful in all seasons, you are welcome to wander around the 8 acre property and/or use it as a home base to everything the Capital Region has to offer. Approximately 20 minutes to Albany, 15 minutes to Troy. Groceries, coffee shops, and restaurants are all a quick drive. 30 minutes to Jiminy Peak. Please note we live on the property about 50 feet away in the main house. The property currently has dogs, chickens, honey bees and goats.

Lake House in Averill Park, NY (age 30+ excl kids)

Our lake house is on Glass Lake in Averill Park, NY. In case you want to venture off, it is close to Saratoga (race season!), the Berkshires MA, Albany NY, and Vermont. Incredibly private with spacious property. Our lake house is great for families with kids and couples, and handicap accessible. It is great for any season (leaves, skiing, fishing, swimming). Kayaks, row boat.....and the lake!! Age requirement of at least 30 years old for guests (except kids).

Crooked Lake Cabin

Enjoy some rest and relaxation at this cozy cabin on Crooked Lake, located in Averill Park, NY. Sit on 82 feet of private lake frontage while you enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets or wake up early and enjoy a morning full of fishing or kayaking. This cabin is located off a quiet and private road, but is close to all activities Averill Park has to offer. Going to the Crooked Lake House for a wedding, reunion, or party? This cottage is just across the Lake!

Cozy Retreat in the Trees

Time travel to 1958 in this architectural gem! This mid-century modern glass and wood cabin is 300 yards away from a charming small lake. The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.

This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage located on a quiet street close to town. House is in walking distance to Reichards Lake. The home is bright with an open living space and vaulted knotty pine ceiling. Lovely eat in kitchen. Bathroom with shower/ tub combo as well as washer and dryer. Outdoor space includes a fenced in back yard, above ground swimming pool and sun deck. Patio table, gas grill and outdoor fire pit.
