Nice clean place away from the city, and less than an hours drive from Tampa, Sarasota and St. Petersburg. This place has a pool, jacuzzi, exercise room, pickleball court (the locals play at 8:00 am every morning), new pier, beach, small lake to fish in and a restaurant. No need to get change for the washer and dryer, just download the app (instructions on washer) and pay from your phone. We had a nice stay!

Came here for the weekend got my anniversary , & I must say , I wasn’t ready to go home , & just the weekend wasn’t long enough . The room was beautiful, had everything and more that we needed , very comfy bed . It was in walking distance of everything ! The beach, the pools , hot tub , & came room . As well as the restaurant- & the food was impeccable. We will be booking again in the near future . I have no complaints other than ( & not really a complaint ) next time I won’t forget my fishing poles . lol

The townhouse was spacious, clean and beautiful views from balconies. It looks just like the pictures. Little Harbor resort has great amenities, especially liked the Latitudes sunset boat tour, the pool (by Hooks restaurant) and the sunset grill restaurant. Beautiful sunsets from the beach. About an hour away from gulf beaches.

Townhouse on the Beach in Ruskin

Book this place! It has a beautiful view of the marina, nice amenities and a great value for all that you get. The beach, pool, exercise and game rooms are in the complex and are an 8 minute walk or you can drive there and park right next to them. Sunset grill, on property, has fantastic food to eat while watching the sunset. We had a great guided kayak tour with Dave from Latitudes tours. Next door is Bahia beach reserve with a short hiking trail. We also went to EG Simmons park, 8 min drive away with a nice beach. Busch Gardens and Adventure island Water Park are about an hour drive. Publix grocery is an 8 min drive The place had all the amenities needed, including start up dish detergent, dish soap, bathroom sink soap, paper products, coffee pods, etc. in the garage were beach supplies like coolers, pool noodle, boogie board, a beach wagon, sand toys, life vests, etc.... This place is great for families that want some beach & pool time in the FL sun. Angela is a fantastic host!

A week wasn’t enough!! The location was beautiful with great restaurants, live music, relaxing pools or hot tub, beautiful sunsets on the pier or by the fire pit! Our place was clean and very homey! Nicole was super sweet and very responsive! We will definitely be back!!

Waterfront condo with community beach, 2 pools

The owner is very polite, everything was as described in the instructions, it is very good to stay in this condo, having a car, otherwise there are few places within walking distance, unfortunately there was a sign not to swim on the beach, so we went to other beaches. The condo is clean, with a beautiful view of the canal, and a small terrace. It would be great if something was done with the smell of dampness, unfortunately it was like in many places in Florida. Otherwise, everything is great, a quiet place to relax from civilization.

I love this little studio space. Waking up to the sunrise from my bed over the water every morning on one side and watching the sunset on the other, it’s a dream! So relaxing, so clean and convenient! The bed is so comfy! Highly recommend
