Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sánchez

We didn’t get to enjoy all of the great amenities of this place as we arrived in the evening and had early flights in the morning. I wish we had more time as your home was so welcoming and the outside space very inviting.

My arrival was delayed due to airline issues, but Lee’s son, John was so kind to meet me and let me in. Lee came over to greet me the next day and we had a nice visit up on the sun deck. I LOVE the Tiny House and wish I could move in tomorrow! Lee is the perfect host and I look forward to going back.

We have stayed with Gil many times over the past four years, and it’s always our favorite place! The home is private, has a beautiful view, and is conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. On this visit, we really noticed and appreciated all the recent improvements: A new water system with stable, strong pressure TV with 1000+ channels in the living room Surround sound in both the bedroom and living room New patio furniture A comfortable sofa in the master bedroom A new mirror in the master bathroom A professional-grade juice maker Fresh paint and repairs throughout Gil’s care and attention to the property really show. We always look forward to returning!

Casa Peces is well maintained and comfortable. The home is spacious and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with both Martha and Jessica. I would absolutely stay at Casa Peces again on a future trip!

It's not the first one and we hope it's not the last we're staying here. The truth we love for the convenience, price and customer service. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable and family place to enjoy in peace

Claudia was a great host, very communicative and accommodating. The house had everything needed to live comfortably and felt very secure. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and groceries.

Everything was amazing. The beautiful views and don Francisco very kind to his welcome. Fully equipped with everything needed and very clean spaces.

I have stayed here before and always come back - the apartment is perfect - fast WiFi and easy to get everywhere in the San Jose area. I use Uber while in CR and the location is perfect - Uber always available quickly. The host is always available and quick to respond to any question and recommendations… As they say - she has very positive energy and is a pleasure to work with on any request. I will be back for sure! Pura Vida

Great deal for such a great little apartment in an excellent neighborhood. Host was super communicative and gave information in a timely manner. Check-in was flexible which we appreciated because we were coming a long with way a lot of luggage. Thanks again!

We stayed the night here, as we only needed a place to sleep. The bed was comfortable. The shower was warm. We felt safe and secure. We would stay here again if needed.

A nice quiet place to stay in San Pedro. Comfortable with all the amenities needs and close by to the center of the city. The host is very responsive and will help with anything you need.

Highly recommend this lovely place. My 2nd stay here in the last year. Very helpful host and great with help checking. Feels like a home with everything you need inside or close in walking distance or Uber.

The apartment was lovely- clean and comfortable. The building’s facilities were also really nice as we had access to the pool, jacuzzi as well as a games room and gym. We only stayed one night so didn’t get to use all the facilities but we enjoyed what we did! In case anyone doesn’t speak Spanish, please be aware that not all staff speaks English so it could be a bit difficult to communicate.

Great place and security...

We have been only for 12 hours in the apartment before the flight and it was great, clean and comfy and very close to the airport. Laundry and dryer machine was a great solution for last moment wash

The apartment is as shown in the photos, its owners are always ready to help you and quickly. The place has parking, and close to the airport. I recommend staying at this airbnb I had a very good experience

My partner and I spent a week at Ulik and Andrea's place, and, it was fantastic! The location was excellent being minutes from the airport, and minutes away from City Mall with tons of local amenities. The unit was clean, we felt extremely safe on the property and the front gate security guard was also extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

Very cute, nice apartment with easy access to the airport. 24/7 security guards, so it feels very safe.

Unfortunately we couldn’t make it , due to a last minute change of plans… still the host was very responsive and helpful. I’m looking forward to booking it again in the near future
