our stay was nice. The location of the house was in a very good place, we had easy access to many places. The house was clean and convenient. Mr. Baris took care of us and was very friendly. We would definitely prefer to stay here again and again if it is available without looking elsewhere on our Istanbul trips.

It was a wonderful stay, thank you very much to Mr. Veysel for everything, he is a very understanding and sweet host. The house is already perfect, with its view and unique nature, and you don't have to worry about any earthquake problems because it has a separate floor. Everyone should definitely experience this place!

The house was really tidy and the design was very nice. It was very clean and hygienic. We had no trouble checking in. The host had given the necessary instructions without checking in and we were able to check in quickly. Being in the residence was also important in terms of safety and having indoor parking. Only because there was new construction around it, the wayways were broken. While we saw that these roads were open when using the navigation, some of the roads were closed. But you can easily come from the highway with a direct connection. Apart from that, the terrace is beautiful, but the sound of the city can be heard, while the glass and balcony door are open, apart from that, when the windows are closed, there is no noise in the house. We were satisfied. Thank you to the host.

I had a very good time in Yeliz's apartment. There is everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, metro) in a very good position, close enough to the airport. The house is super big and clean, and perfectly matches the description. I definitely recommend it! :)

The hotel room was impeccably clean. The front desk staff, notably Nazim abi, was extremely helpful. They took care of all of our requests. The location isn’t too bad either, just a ten minute walk from the nearest metro (Imes). For the price I payed, I was extremely happy. I highly recommend staying here.

My mother had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was very clean and exactly as described. The host was incredibly helpful and super responsive throughout the stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to Bostancı Station and about 10 minutes to the bus stop. There are two convenience stores nearby and several great dining options, including a pizza place and a delicious börek shop. The house itself is very well maintained, with fantastic security and a very easy check-in process. We felt very comfortable and safe the entire time. I really liked it, but there are too many stairs to get there. And the entrance hallway is a little dirty and dark. But inside the house everything is very neat, comfortable and quiet. There's more than you'd expect to find. I booked twice as I felt very comfortable in the place and the price is quite accessible and fair.

Shops, restaurants nearby in the location. Transportation is easy. I recommend anyone who wants to stay on the Anatolian side to give a chance.
