The hotel room was impeccably clean. The front desk staff, notably Nazim abi, was extremely helpful. They took care of all of our requests. The location isn’t too bad either, just a ten minute walk from the nearest metro (Imes). For the price I payed, I was extremely happy. I highly recommend staying here.

Alper is a great host. The house is in a prime location. It is a cute and tiny house.

The apartment was even better than in the photos! Very clean, well decorated, spacious and above all with a huge balcony with an absolutely magnificent view of the sea – a real joy at any time of the day. The host was warm, available and always attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this rental and will be happy to come back!

I stayed here for one night as I had a flight the next day. It’s a very nice, clean, and cozy apartment…everything I needed was available, along with some thoughtful extras. The owner was kind and very responsive. 🙏 I was extremely satisfied with the stay and highly recommend it to others. The location was perfect , everything was within walking distance, including a variety of restaurants, a shopping mall, and other essential stores. 👍

I really liked it, but there are too many stairs to get there. And the entrance hallway is a little dirty and dark. But inside the house everything is very neat, comfortable and quiet. There's more than you'd expect to find. I booked twice as I felt very comfortable in the place and the price is quite accessible and fair.

Although the house is old, the interior is beautifully decorated and very stylish. The kitchen has everything you need, and the house was exceptionally clean and well-organized. The location is perfect; it’s in a central area, with markets, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. The host was also very accommodating with the late checkout. It was a peaceful and relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again, it was a wonderful experience!

This is not my first time at Orhan, everything was great. There is a supermarket and mini market nearby. The apartments are warm and cozy, I recommend !

Great old-school 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor - no fuss, but just what you need. Feels like being at your grandma's vacation home. Really central, 2 minutes walking from the port and the restaurants. We loved our stay on the island. Bring earplugs tho, the seagulls and crows can get really loud at night on the surrounding roofs, and the windows are all single-pan - so zero sound insulation.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay. There are plenty of places to visit around. We followed Mr. Kıvanç's recommendations, and they were really nice places. He communicated very well with us, we thank him very much. The house was great, we had a very enjoyable few days, thank you very much for everything.

I rented this place for my family and we were all very pleased with our stay. The apartment is spacious, bright, and has an amazing view of the Princes' Islands. Its seafront location is a big plus. We had a peaceful and relaxing experience in a quiet neighborhood. It’s just a short walk to Kartal Marmaray station and Ist Marina shopping mall, which was very convenient. Parking was not an issue at all. Our host, Mr. Kamal, was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming — he helped us with everything we needed. Thank you for this wonderful experience! I definitely recommend this place, especially for families.

Two bedroom/two full bath apartment in the middle of the action - 7 min walk to the grand bazaar. The owner's uncle meets you to let you in and is very responsive if you need anything. The area is quite busy and full of traffic, but that is Istanbul. The apartment is on the 5th floor and the elevator is a little small but it dose the trick. Not luxury but very comfortable and very clean.

I was lucky enough to book this space on my trip to Istanbul & it was the highlight of my trip. The location is amazing with easy access to all the key areas. The host, Meriman, is the best. She has a rooftop with amazing views that stocked with Turkish coffee & great seating. Meriman was also nice enough to give us a ton of great guidance! I would highly recommend staying here!!!

I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

This Airbnb was a fantastic find! It easily ranks in my top three stays. The location was great, and there was plenty of space. The entire place was spotlessly clean, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Honestly, everything was pretty much perfect. We did experience some minor internet issues, but I believe that was beyond the host's control. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

I highly recommend staying at Ugur’s place. From the time we booked, till the end of the stay Ugur was super responsive and helpful. The views are just drop dead gorgeous (floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Bosphorus). The neighborhood feels like you are living and staying like a local and has modern furnishings. Wifi is excellent. You have to be ready to handle stairs but if in reasonably good shape, they are not a problem. Just avoid if uneven stairs are an issue but Istanbul is hilly and any local neighborhood would mean stairs. The best thing is Ugur’s responsiveness: we needed coffee pods, a tap fixed, airport transfer: all was organized in a minute… and shout out to Mohamed who so kindly helped with luggage and many things!

It was easy to find. Thanks to the direct location. Overall, it was a good experience. It's in a good place in the neighborhood. It was on the ground floor, but the air conditioning was good, the bathroom was simple and clean, and the refrigerator was cooling very well. The seats were comfortable. I had no privacy issues, which was one of the important points for me. I am satisfied. Thanks again.
