Nice apartment facing the sea with south-facing balcony in a secure residence with parking. Comfortable. 1st floor without elevator access. Renovated apartment with a bedroom with a 140 X 190 double bed. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi. "La Résidence" is located opposite the sandy beach of Grand Vallat, with access to a private beach with a pergola. Boules court, ping pong table and deckchairs are available. Located less than a 10-minute walk to the city center and its shops.

Renovated and air-conditioned apartment, on the 3rd floor/4 - no lift. Stunning views of the harbor of Sanary on sea. Surface of about 35 m2 and a terrace of 9 m2. Downtown, port, Provencal market and fish market, shops, beaches: everything is done on foot! An access card to the communal car parks is available: - parking lot of the Esplanade (not covered) about 500m from the apartment - car park Picotières (covered) which is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Nice apartment located in the heart of Sanary sur mer, small Mediterranean village known for its market, voted the most beautiful market in France 2018. Located a few steps from the harbour and beaches, you will be able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the dikes. Great for families, couples. It consists of 2 beautiful bedrooms, one shower room. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is available : air conditioning, bed linen and towels, TV, WiFi, coffee machine

90 m2 accommodation with 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a single bed in an alcove in the hallway, a bathroom with walk-in shower, large air-conditioned veranda and large garden. Linens provided. Paid parking 5 minutes' walk away. Exceptional location on the harbor, 100 m from the city center and 15 min walk to the beach. Peaceful haven although on the harbor with sea view and in the center. Pleasant and shaded garden. BBQ, outdoor garden table and lounge.

Ideally located to fully enjoy Sanary. 200 meters from the pretty beach of Portissol and less than 10 minutes' walk to the port, daily market and shops. Good bakery 100 meters away. This 36 m2, refurbished 2-room apartment, with terrace overlooking a quiet patio, provides you with rest and relaxation. Bright, with beautiful views of the surroundings, it is on the 1st (and last) floor. You can "forget" your car during the stay.

The building is quiet and located by the sea. You can swim in the rocks located at the foot of the building and are a few minutes walk from the port, the market and the beaches. Non-nominative parking spaces are reserved for residents at the foot of the building. It may happen that there is no space. In this case, you can unload the car at the foot of the building and park in the area near the footbridge at the top or in town.

Ideally located in Sanary-sur-Mer, between the train station (12-min walk) and the port (15/20-min walk). Secure residence. A parking space is available free of charge. You can come and stay as a couple, with family, friends or on business trips. Access to the freeway is just a 2-minute drive away.
