Vacation home located in Pompeii, a stone's throw from the Sanctuary, 1.5 km from the excavations and 5 km from Vesuvius National Park. The house consists of three double bedrooms, three bathrooms with bidet and hairdryer, open space kitchen with sofa bed equipped with coffee maker and kettle. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, air conditioners, free Wi-Fi and heating. In one of the rooms, a minibar and coffee maker are included. Outside there is a relaxation area, free parking and laundry.

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

In Villam is a newly built apartment where each area is extremely stylish and modern. You can also take advantage of an outdoor area for pet and a baby cot is available on request. The Holiday Home is located in a secure private residence, a few steps from the center of Pompeii and the archaeological excavations and the Sanctuary and the main means of transport. The Holiday Home inaugurated in May 2023 is equipped with private covered parking and a common garden. Inside the house you will find all the main comforts including a complete functional kitchen and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer, you can also dry on the terrace in the open air.

Cinzia's House

Entire apartment of about 66 square meters, independent, located on the street level of a two-story mini building. The apartment consists of a living room that also serves as a bedroom, a large fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower equipped with all amenities. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, including TV, internet, independent heating, and a hairdryer. The apartment is bright and equipped with double windows and therefore very quiet.

Casa TeKa is located in the beating heart of Torre Annunziata: a few steps from Piazza S. Teresa, Villa Parnaso that connects to the port where you can take ferries to: Capri, Ischia and Procida. Also from the Circumvesuviana station where you can easily reach: Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento and the entire Amalfi Coast. Finally, Casa Teka offers services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, coffee and bicycles all included in the accommodation

Please note: The house is in a traffic-restricted area and the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator.
