Loft holiday rentals in San Telmo

I had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The location was in a great neighborhood, lots of cafes and restraurant, and also easily accessible by public transportation and also felt very sar. The apartment was in a new building, clean, and very comfortable. The internet worked perfectly. I’d definitely stay here again!

We’ve felt really at home. Place was very clean and there is a lot to do in the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend it!

I think I read another review before booking this place that said something like "if you're considering booking this place and it's available, stop considering and just book it now", and I'm inclined to agree. The space itself is beautiful and very much as advertised, and the art on the walls + books in English, Spanish, and French on any and all topics were really nice touches. The loft is on a pretty quiet side street that feels very safe, right above a cute little cafe with a patio on the street, and it's a very short walk to lots of parks/restaurants/galleries/bars/etc. or maybe an hour walk to the heart of downtown or 15ish minutes to the Scalabrini subte station. Just be prepared for lots of stairs, and if the plumbing is ever a little finicky remember that is true basically everywhere you go in Buenos Aires.

Estancia muy agradable, el departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Se encuentra en una zona accesible fácilmente, con opciones gastronómicas para todos los gustos. Los anfitriones siempre disponibles para resolver inquietudes. Muy recomendable.

El departamento tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca de la zona de más movida de Palermo, la plaza es hermosa y con juegos espectaculares para niños, además tiene supermercados y otros negocios cerca. No es una zona tranquila, así que no la recomiendo si tienen sueño liviano. El departamento es amplio y cómodo, está bien equipado. Al ser estilo loft hay que tener en cuenta que las habitaciones no tienen aislamiento total de sonido y luz con el resto del departamento. Pablo es super amable y responde los mensajes rápidamente. Sin dudas volveríamos en nuestra próxima visita a Buenos Aires!

Sofi and Juan were amazing hosts, and their place truly felt like the perfect place to spend a month. They were responsive when I needed to chat with them. The apartment was so cozy and quiet and I felt at home the minute I walked in the door. Thank you for being such great hosts to me!!!

Cute and spacious studio. Near by there is a few bus stop and the subway so easy to move around. Also near Puerto Madero which is great if you want to take the ferry to Uruguay

We really enjoyed our stay in Sofia’s apartment. The building and apartment are extremely secure and quiet, and in a great part of town. The apartment has everything you need for a nice trip to Buenos Aires. We enjoyed the balcony immensely too. It was quiet (for a city) so we didn’t have any problems sleeping or resting when needed. The neighborhood had plenty of great restaurants. (A particular shout out goes to Hierro.) The city itself is huge, but we walked as much as we could. Many of the sights are walkable, but we eventually needed Uber for the rest of town. Sofia and Bianca were great with communication and the check in/out process. We had some unique scheduling, and they were more than happy to work with us. Thanks for everything!

Absolutely exceptional MEGA-LOFT on one of the best streets of San Telmo. Easily the best apartment I've stayed at in Buenos Aires. It's gigantic, stacked with art and books, has a terrific balcony at intimate height to the buzzing street below (but it is still a VERY QUIET street, so you get the best of both worlds - soundless peace and visual spectacle). The building itself is a spacecraft: enormously high ceilings, oceans of space, and a roof that has the best pool I've seen, adjacent to a very competent gym that is much better than most apartment building gyms. There is really nothing to fault here. I stayed for 5 weeks, and Pablo was always attentive to any requests, and super polite. I've already booked another stay. San Telmo is such a great barrio to live in. So many cafes and bars. And if you're one of those bores who only lives in Palermo, don't worry - you can get there in under 20 minutes by metro, from Independencia metro, 200 metres away. A lucky find.

a great place for a solo traveler to stay for a bit - I stayed for 3 nights! Pros - Quiet - conveniently located near restaurants / cafes, supermarkets, sube, buses - has ac (although I didn’t need to use it since it was winter) - bed & furniture comfortable - good WiFi - filtered water! - kitchen had all utensils including a wine opener :) - laundry in basement, with kiosk nearby (1 block) to buy tokens - 1 token = 2000 ARS (2$usd), & its 2 tokens to both wash & dry 1 load; note laundry is down the stairs & not accessible by elevator if you have issues. Bring your own detergent. - Alejandro - he welcomed me in personally, showed me around the apt, offered me a sube card, gave his recommendations for food and tourist stuff, & let me check in early & stored my luggage for check out - very safe with 2 keys - 1 for building & 1 for apt, & super safe area Cons: - space is a bit small (expected from pics) - if you like long showers like me, hot water suddenly runs out after 10-15 min

El departamento esta increible. Equipado con todo lo que se puede necesitar, hasta lavarropas y tender. Se puede dormir muy bien porque la cama es excelente y los cerramientos son buenos. El balcon es comodo y con un lindo atardecer. La ubicacion es inmejorable, a pie recorrimos todo el centro, desde San Telmo hasta Retiro. Hay todo tipo de comercios a pocos metros. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables. Sin dudarlo sera nuestro departamento cuando regresemos a Bs As.

I had a perfect stay in this unique lofted apartment. Located on the 14th floor of a big building, it features a cozy living room, a small but functional kitchen, and a charming balcony on the first level. Upstairs, there's a lofted bedroom with a small desk and a bathroom. The apartment's style is beautiful, and the views of the city are stunning, with plenty of natural light. Even though I only stayed for two nights, it was an amazing experience, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

We had a fabulous stay here in April. Jessica was an excellent host, quick to respond to any questions we had. The apartment is bright, clean and spacious and extremely well located in the centre of the city. Would highly recommend!

Mariana is a gracious host, and made me feel welcome and at ease in her place. I felt free to be myself. I enjoyed having her and Sebastián as my neighbors and their presence made me feel less alone. I especially enjoyed yoga on the terrace, the plants, and the little cat, Donatello. This unit did have some street noise, but I played white noise on my tablet to drown it out while I slept.

De principio a fin Anastasia y Milagros estuvieron en cada detalle para que mi estadía fuera excelente. Desde la flexibilidad para el check in/out, la comunicación amigable y el departamento super equipado. Sin dudas volvería, gracias por recibirme!

Foi a segunda vez que fiquei no espaço da Raquel, especialmente pelo atendimento que ela oferece e pelo espaço e localização, que tem tudo o que uma pessoa precisa: transporte público, restaurantes (inclusive veganos/vegetarianos), mercados, farmácias, teatros.....sempre que eu puder, voltarei a me hospedar aqui, altamente recomendável.

Lugar bueno bonito y barato, cómodo por la cercanía a avenidas importantes, mercados y Movistar arena. Muy recomendable

Very cool apartment, I liked the rugged floor and open space a lot. It is very generous and just like the pictures. Stayed for over 1 month, not a lot of natural light, but several great lamps made me forget it. Everyone was super helpful in fixing small things that were missing or not working. Thanks!

Siempre es un placer hospedarse en el depto de Claudia, ella es súper amigable , el departamento es cálido , limpio y bien organizado. Se duerme muy bien, ademas la ubicación es excelente, tranquilo frente a la plaza y con todo cerca. Recomiendo :)
