Places of interest: Evita Museum, Osaka, Plaza Italia, Green Bamboo, Malba, Japanese Garden, Palermo Forests. You'll love my place because it's very bright, has a large 30 m2 balcony terrace, two sliding awnings, a large kitchen with double access, breakfast bar and desk, an L-shaped living room with corner sofa to lie back and watch TV, and a Jacuzzi in the bathroom. The neighborhood is very traditional with bars and restaurants with good food, close to several bus and subway lines.

Hot/cold splits in both rooms. 2 TVs with all movie platforms. On Av. Santa Fe, meters from the D subway and bus stops. The best location to tour the city. You have everything close by, supermarkets, restaurants, nightlife and Buenos Aires cafes, just a few meters away. Very safe area
