Fully equipped, 2 floors studio-apartment. Cozy, bright, fresh, silent and clean. Stove-oven, microwave, plenty of space in the fridge, cofeemaker and cooking supplies. Cedar furniture. King size bed in the 2nd floor (super comfortable) plus a sofa-bed in the 1st floor (quite confortable). Shared spacious garden and terrace. Exquisite vernacular decoration. It is located in one of the safest areas of the city of Oaxaca, just a 3-minute drive from the Jalatlaco neighborhood (7-minute walk), a 5-minute drive from the historic center (12-minute walk) and a 5-minute drive from Xochimilco (10-minute walk). The house is remodeled, very spacious and has a beautiful garden and decoration inspired by the magueyes.
