It was a pleasant and enjoyable stay, the hospitality of both the owner and the staff are very helpful and kind, just one detail to improve, it would be to turn on the pool lights at sunset☺️, Thank you so much for everything :)

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Amazing place to stay. Everything was as listed, house was perfect for what we needed and loved the pool. I’d say it was walkable, restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minute walk, uber was very responsive for the times we didn’t feel like walking. Jeffry was very responsive and addresses issues quickly. Only thing I’d suggest is on check out day that cleaning and maintenance staff not start till check out time.

The house is super comfortable, the common areas are for all the houses of the coto cosa q I did not read , but super clean very good daily maintenance and the house has everything basic for a pleasant stay

Had a lovely stay! Perfect location for a large group/family. Private and safe. Marlene, Tony and their property manager, Jorge, were very responsive and proactive about any questions or issues. The house is beautiful and well-equipped (with a very clean and well-maintained grill!). A small, private beach is a short walk down the hill (with a nice amount of shade!) - there are beach chairs, an umbrella, small cooler, etc. at the house for you to use, which was thoughtful and helpful. The walk might be difficult for some, but my children (ages 2 and 5) were able to walk down without issue (the 2-year-old did need to be carried back up). Overall, really enjoyed our stay!

Margaret’s home was absolutely amazing! It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta as a family, and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and local shops. Carmen and her husband Fidel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They helped us book incredible activities and were always eager to assist with anything we needed. Carmen’s cooking was a highlight—every meal was delicious and made with so much care. The pool was a hit with the kids—they practically lived in it! We spent so much quality time together as a family by the pool, which made our trip even more special. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta!

It is a privileged house for its good location, tranquility of the area, this without mentioning the beautiful garden they have for my pets to feel at home. Communication was always great, resolving questions at the moment. Definitely a place to come back to soon.

Right from booking to our stay Gabriela made it seamless. We were travelling with 2 dogs and she even offered snacks for our mutts and detailed where we could take them for a walk! I will book again and the proximity to the airport was a plus. The house was very clean and any problem we had Gabriela was only a text message away and the response time was quick.

It was a good place! We had some inconveniences happened when on our stay but they responded quick! They did everything to fix the stuff for us. Very nice people!! I recommend their place!!

good location, close to beach, walkable to many great resturant, banks,grocery,coffee. Older home,could use some up grading. Stove exhaust fan and light didn't work. Private pool was nice but does not get a lot of direct sun, most of time was too cold. Pool cleaners were suppose to come on Tuesdays/Fridays but didn't always come, pool filter /pump was not always working. skimmer was never on . Cleaners did not do much when they did come....not impressed! Pool turned cloudy and green a couple weeks after we were there....called Diego to have cleaners come to fix the pump and use clarifier. Diego was always responsive and fixed thing fast. We enjoyed our stay and booked a couple additional weeks after our stay.

Wow! An excellent place to relax, it is a mountain fusion with access to the beach, we enjoyed every second in the accommodation and its surroundings, really incredible, they have everything to have a good time, clean, all the amenities, a luxury recommended 100% thank you very much

A fairly pleasant stay the house as described and the beach quite close in 10 minutes walking there.

Where do I start? The place was modern and well decorated. Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s peaceful with a beautiful view. The beds were comfortable and the place I equipped with AC. Has all appliances and a French press to make coffee. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and ground level jacuzzi is wonderful. There is a washer and dryer on the spacious patio. Charlie is super responsive and was very helpful to us. We will be back. Thank you Charlie! Note. The place is up in the hills but there is a 15 minute path behind the house and taxis are $4usd into town. If you’re staying in the Puerto Vallarta area, don’t bother renting a car because you really don’t need it and it will be more expensive than your Uber rides for sure.

Great location and great place. With a little one / family in tow the deck railings made us a little nervous (somewhat large gaps). But all was fine, and we had a fantastic week!

Pristine , private oasis in the lush neighborhood Los Bandas Close to the church and main square of town Travel is on a cobblestone, windy street so glad we were walking and had proper shoes ! An absolute gem of a " hut" An architectural gem, really on the grounds of what was an ecolodge...? It feels more like a hotel due to daily cleaning service ( we politely declined) There is a main house on site along with 2 other huts Safety provided with entry gate and separate keys for hut There is proper lighting but still gravel, and stony steps to navigate The pictures hardly do this place justice it is really that unique! It was a bit hard to find but communication with our host made it happen by talking with our taxi driver That is a feature I most value when traveling : easy to communicate with our host ! so 5 stars alone for that alone We will cherish the memories we made here and recommend this Airbnb without hesitation

This is the second time we have stayed in that house. The place and service are excellent. It is an old house and for that reason it has its charm; although on this occasion there was a leak in the sink that they tried to solve, but that did not affect our stay, it is understandable that they surprise details in this type of houses. And the service staff is always very ready to resolve any details. It is a house that is very much enjoyed.

Everything is very good, very close to the main square, the beautiful view. It's worth it

A lovely place to stay in a magical town. Comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed cooking and then eating outside with the wonderful view. Ixchel was welcoming, and helped us with the ride there and back from PV (if you''re lucky you'll get Daniel as your driver). Don't miss the churros at her churreria. So yummy.

Excellent place, very close to downtown San Sebastian.

This was a great place to stay in San Sebastian. Ixhel was very responsive and helpful with suggestions. She arranged for us to rent a 4 wheeler and to take her bus back to PV

It is super nice, it has everything new and functional, it is very clean, you can hear the water running everywhere and it has beautiful landscapes, it is very easy to get from the center, either walking or by car, there are morning roosters and dogs just as I said in the description and everything well, Ixchel super attentive and friendly, all the family was happy. I would definitely go back, I highly recommend it
