House located surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Quiet with sea and mountain views. Quality delivery with large indoor and outdoor spaces and above all an incredibly large pool. Excellent stay.

Antonio was a lovely host, meeting me at the house, explaining everything in detail and making me feel at home and relaxed (after a slightly stressful journey). He even came out in a thunderstorm to fix the TV! The local oil, the coffee and bottle of water at the house were hugely appreciated. A good supermarket within 2 minutes, the old town and sea were a 2 minute walk, the rail station was 5 mins away and bus station a 20 minute walk. All perfect for a relaxed and pleasant weekend.

Really nice house, it turned out to be perfect for our group. Very well-kept rustic mountain style, with everything you need to take advantage of the spaces; we enjoyed in particular the garden equipped thanks to the very pleasant temperatures on the days we stayed, beautiful view, privacy and peace. The location is excellent to reach with little effort the many places to visit nearby, from Santo Stefano di Sessanio and Rocca Calascio, to Campo Imperatore, as well as the L'Aquila. Luigi and Antonia are hosts who are attentive to details, super helpful and very quick to respond to every need, they also directed us well for excellent arrosticini, cooked at the barbecue in the garden. STRACONSIGLIATO!

Great location!!Easy check-in and pleasantly clean. The outside space is very nice but a bit dark inside (helps with keeping it cool though). Thank you for the stay!

I had a wonderful stay in Ortona with family and friends, in an apartment immersed in the Abruzzo countryside. The area is really quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for those looking for relaxation and serenity. The beauty of the hilly landscape and the silence around make this place a true oasis of peace. The apartment was well cared for and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spaces were spacious and bright, and the view of the surroundings offered a real spectacle, especially at sunset. The host was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ready to respond to any needs or concerns. He also gave us great tips on what to visit nearby, helping us discover some of the most characteristic places in the area. The location of the apartment is strategic: in a few minutes by car you can reach the main points of interest, from the beaches of the Trabocchi coast, to the historic villages! Definitely recommended!

We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the views are breathtaking. Franco is a discreet but extremely available and responsive host. Communication was excellent before our arrival and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many walks, each more wonderful than the last. One thing is certain: if we can return to this accommodation, we won't hesitate for a second!

The apartment was spacious, well-kept, super clean and equipped with all the ideal comforts for a long vacation. We were welcomed together with our kitties with warm sympathy by Francesca, a discreet but always available host, very attentive to details and small kindnesses that make a difference. We really enjoyed it and hope to be back!

The apartment is nicely decorated, the very large terrace offers a breathtaking view and panoramic view. The house is located directly on the very nice and clean sandy beach. The city of Termoli is a few minutes' drive away.

Jacopo was a very attentive host and responded to us in a few minutes if we had any questions. We enjoyed the sun on the lovely terrace. Not forgetting the nice restaurants in the coastline.

I met Livia and Roberto, two beautiful people with whom we immediately established a relationship of mutual trust and friendship. Beautiful accommodation, impeccable cleanliness and quiet area with a splendid view. Highly recommended.

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

Thank you for your stay. Everything was very well organized, and the connections to the vineyards and experiences were great. A good apartment for autumn, with great heating and you can feel at home with all the amenities. I have a request for my next visit - there are no grappa glasses that taste better in the fall:)

We arrived mid September after spending some time in Rome and the Amalfi and needed a relaxing time Which the location and Milas apartment provided. "Three fairy-tale days" Warm and cozy apartment, wood creates a lot of atmosphere. Spacious and comfortable rooms. The owner Lucilla was available to meet our every request. All amplified by the fact that it is just a few minutes from the ski fields. Highly recommended!!!

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Roberto and Sandra were impeccable in everything! My nephew and I felt at home, sunny, empathetic and super helpful people, what can I say, really extraordinary! I highly recommend it, very nice place, very clean house and equipped with all comforts! They recommended places to visit, very good clubs and restaurants in the area! Anna and her husband were very responsive and even picked us and our luggage up from the bus station and brought us to the apartment. They were very responsive when we had any questions or needed assistance. They even brought us to a pizza place to pick up a bite to eat after a long flight and bus ride to San salvo!!
