Host doesn't live there, the house is available all for you. The house Is 30-40min from the airport, also is like 3min to the Magico Gonzales stadium and 30-40min to Beach and Volcano. The house is located in a safe neighborhood, also has its own private 2 cars parking with secure gate. All three room has TV and AC.
